Overall, a great little cooler (and heater during the winter) that works with limitations.
This little thing is amazing for what it is. I (and my friends) all thought this would be a gimmick, but we were surprised at how well it works. I mainly bought this for an employee who does not have A/C in her work truck and for our area, we only need a/c a couple of weeks every summer, so we tried this. I bought it and it was delivered 1 day before a 3 day heat wave started so I had a few days to try it out before giving it over to my employee. The cooling function worked pretty amazing when we had temps in the mid 80's with humidity in the 60-75% range. I used both the AI mode and the cooling mode and it made a very noticeable difference while wearing it. Speaking of wearing it. It felt secure on my neck as I walked around and was turning my neck this way and that. I could bend over and pick things up without any sense that is might fall off. My wife is very sensitive to things on her neck, and although it wasn't comfortable to her, she also didn't feel like it was too tight on her neck or that it was constricting in any way. I don't know how good it would be for jobs or activities where anything much more than walking or sitting is happening, but I would say light to moderate activity should not make it fall off. I did try it out while sitting in the car with the windows up as an extreme test during the heat. It got up to 111F in the car and I was in there for 25 minutes. First, 10 minutes without having it on for a baseline and then just over 10 minutes with it on full power cool mode to see if it made a difference. This thing has limitations and I feel like triple digit heat is it. It did make a tiny difference (I could feel it trying) and made it slightly more comfortable while sitting in the car with the windows up, but not enough to be meaningful. Once I stepped out of the car and back into the 86F outside heat, it immediately started being able to cool much more effectively. So just realize this isn't going to keep you cool in the triple digits. I gave this to my employee who has had it for a few weeks now and she loves it. I bought her a longer cord to keep it plugged in and it charges as she uses it so it never runs out all day long. She has said it has made a world of difference and makes her a lot more comfortable while driving in the truck. With her job, she mostly can't wear it while doing the other aspects of her job outside of the truck, but she is out of the truck for 15-20 minutes and then back in it for 10-15 minutes all throughout the day. Battery life without a constant charge is anything from just over an hour to 5 hours depending on the temp outside and your use of it. I wore it when it was 70F outside on the 66F auto Ai cool setting just to take the edge off and it lasted 5 hours. In the mid 80's, that same setting lasted under 2 hours. I have not tried it, but if a person had a battery pack in their pocket, this thing could last a good long time with it. It took only a couple hours to charge it back up from completely empty. The phone app worked great for adjusting it and going through different modes and temps. It is simple, intuitive, and works immediately with no delay. The unit works without the app, but I found the app to be better personally. Overall, is it worth $200? It depends on your location and your realistic uses that you are going to be using it in. If you have reasonable expectations, I feel it is completely worth the money. If you are expecting it to be cooling you completely down in triple digit heat or to be able to use it for several hours in moderate heat without frequent charging, you will be disappointed at the battery life. Using it to go watch your kids soccer game, while at the BBQ or the beach, and maybe have a battery pack attached or nearby, then you''ll most likely be very happy with it.

Great cooling unit neck fan 5/5
Most importantly it does what it says it does. Solid neck fan with great cooling plates and lots of settings to customize ur heating/cooling. Don’t expecting miracles in the blazing hot sun, but if you’re looking for a device that will cool your neck and keep the air moving around your face I found this fan to be exactly what I was looking for. The cooling and heating plates worked well and can be used year round. Fans kept air moving nicely past my neck onto the sides of my face and placement around the neck was good. Maybe would be nice to have a vent further down on the band so that air hits the front of my face a bit more but that might be a personal preference. A whisper quiet mode that optimizes for less noise in quiet environments would be nice as a feature request but I found the fan to be pretty quiet on its lowest mode if needed. Downward neck fan for the back was also a really nice touch. Could be a bit stronger for that back fan but still good if u tuck it under ur collar. I find the AI mode particularly useful so that it adjusts without me thinking about it based on ambient temperature and helps save battery rather than me just running it on max all the time. I found the app very easy to use and let u dial in the settings more exactly than the buttons on the unit. A battery percentage rather than bar indicators would be appreciated either on device display or on the app but the bar indicators are still useful. I also like that most adjustments can be made directly on the device using its buttons if needed rather than having to use the app every time. That’s great for quick adjustments on the go. The Bluetooth connected very quickly but I do wonder if someone else nearby would also be able to connect to my unit if they wanted to. A paring process may be good but would also slow down the connection. If you own multiple devices, you can connect them all to the app and see them displayed in ur device list. One request would be a way to name the devices in the app so u can keep them straight especially if multiple members of the household are using multiple devices. Also I love that u can turn off the indicator lights as they are bright in dark environments like a dark bedroom or shows or outdoor evening events and could be too bright for nearby people. It would be nice if u had the option to turn off the screen as well for times like this. Maybe that will come in a software update. Still though, the indicator light is much brighter than the screen and ur able to turn that off in the app which is nice. Lastly, a case (ideally hard shell) or at least a carrying pouch is desperately needed for this product. It’s well built but it seems like the weakest point will be where it hinges (hoping it doesn’t break) and I would feel much more comfortable if I had a safe way to transport it especially while traveling. Right now using my own pouches and am looking at possible headphone cases but don’t know how well it would fit. Outside of the few additional feature requests and the need for a carrying case it doesn’t change the fact that the aice lite itself is extremely well executed with excellent build and features at a great price point. I used this in 80+ degree F. weather and it definitely kept the air moving around me and the cooling plates felt like a cold damp rag on my deck which was very nice. It’s not going to magically cool your whole body in direct 100+ F sun so still try to keep to the device out of direct sunlight with a hat or a collar if it’s blazing but if ur stuck in a hot plane, a car, at a theme park or something like that, this will be a nice way to take the edge off. Was really nice to have a device that actually cooled the neck and cooled the air it’s blowing rather than just moving hot air around. So far really happy with it.

Premium feel, terrible performance
After seeing so many reviews of people temping the cold plates, I felt this would be a safe buy. It was not. My device never got anywhere near as cold as the other reviewers were experiencing, and that is only the start of the issues. All of this is very sad to say, too, as I think the design of this neck fan is wonderful. Aesthetically, it looks amazing! It fits on my neck perfectly and doesn't ever feel like it will fall off. The thing is downright comfy despite weighing a good bit. But there are more issues. So, the cooling plates. The BIG reason to spend this much money. They suck. They are genuinely the worst iteration I've encountered, which is saying a lot. There are 50$ drop shipped neck fans with cooling plates better than this. Though they will EVENTUALLY hit a low temp, the AICE plates, for whatever reason, take several minutes to actually get cold. For those unaware, that is not normal. The chill should be done in seconds. For whatever reason, be mine defective or not, it takes 3 minutes for the AICE to reach its lowest temp of around 63f. The Coolify hits that in about 5 seconds. This issue is two fold. It means that the moment I put the AICE on my neck, it is impossible for it to get cold again. That means that, even using it in a relatively cool environment, it simply lacks the power to get cold again. Indoor use? Poor. Outdoor use? Terrible. The cold plates on this thing are simply garbage. They will get cold once, if left entirely alone, and then never again. I'm not sure how people were hitting 55f on these things when mine only once dropped to 60 and then never again. Even if the cold plates DID work well, though, that leads to the next issue. The fan is terrible. Its lowest setting is almost as loud as the Coolify 2S Pro's highest. It sounds like living in a wind tunnel on its LOWEST, and the wind output is miserable. The back fan, which I love the idea of, doesn't touch my back at all. Even without a shirt. This is part of why this gets a 1 star. The fans are not only terrible, but do worse than cheaper options. I got this because I wasn't very happy with my Coolify. Poor battery, lackluster cool plates, and fans in my eyes. This product just showed me that I apparently lacked understanding on how baren the market currently is for good products with Peltier coolers. I really wanted to like this. It looks great, feels great, fits great, but simply sucks in use.

Battery is not good, Fan blows air, not chilled air
Overall this thing does actually help when its hot. It doesnt work as well as advertized though. The plates get cold and helps alot, but the fans feel like they are only blowing air, not super chilled air like stated. This was tested multiple times by multiple people, as I have a small moving company and bought 2 of these for whoever is out on moves that day. Where I am located, the twmps this last week have been high 90s with 66-80% humidity, and like I said, it gets your neck cold and does cool you off a bit. It sounds like your in a jet engine when its on max and the battery lasts maybe 2 hours on coldest setting with highest fan speed. Overall disappointed due to its $300 price tag (got on sale for a little over $200). For the $500-600 spent on these two devices, I wouldnt say it was actually worth it. There has to be better working options out there

AMAZINGLY GOOD!! GREAT INVESTMENT!
Is it expensive, YES! Is it worth it, YES! Does it do its job, ABSOLUTELY YES! I took this to a Yankee baseball in New York in a 100 degrees summer weather and I’m sooo glad I did. I had a brim hat, upf shirt plus this neck fan and i was cool while everybody was complaining it was extremely hot especially sitting on the bleachers. I wasn’t feeling anything except the humidity. My whole body was cool and love love love the 4 settings with different speed settings and the power to reduce the noise levels on this. I cant wait to try it in the winter due to the heating aspect of it. I love the fact, that you can charge it while wearing it so the battery will never die on you. It’s easy to use just make sure to download the RANVOO App and you’ll be good to go. It doesn’t pull my hair, it’s portable and adjustable and I’m in love. Also, I plan to take this on my Africa vacation so I’ll definitely update afterwards. My boyfriend tried it and loved it, we ordered the 2026 version for him so we can wait to try that one and compare. JUST BUY IT, SO MUCH WORTH THE MONEY!! GREAT INVESTMENT!!

Personal review
Might be me might not be, but personally after using it yesterday inside the house its cool, but thats bc the ambient temperature inside is cooler than outside. I live in Texas, here the heat levels are well over 98 Fahrenheit average, and using this, well.. air wise on cool (61F) felt like just regular air, as for the cooling plates those were noticeable but to me I'm used to the heat so this doesn't really make me feel any different. I will continue to test it more and update this as I go but as of now in the heat its hardly noticeable to me. - 07/01/2026 Update: Cooling: Fairly decent, but that could just be me, I personally live in Texas, so Texas heat here is an absolute nightmare, it's usually well over 107 Fahrenheit (41.6C / 314.75K). Cooling wise though, it's decent to good ish 4.1 / 5 for me, now the reason I say this is because most of the cooling is from the cooling plates, this device has some form of cooling device near the metallic part of the neck cooler in general. Now when it comes to cooling the individual with the fans, the fans are technically cooling the person, but they're using the air and moisture from the area your inside, say your inside the house, the cooling will feel cool depending on the temperature inside, now if your doing the cooling outside, you'll feel the cooling plates more but the air you'll feel it warm or depending what the temperature is outside. That's just me personally. Price: Uh.. well this is kind of expensive to my taste, I've personally looked at personalized neck fans in the past and this one caught my eye, but the price is a bit on the expensive taste, personally I would try to find something cheaper or go for an older model but for now this device does kind of actually cool me down, except I hardly use it, I'll still continue investigating more on it. Battery life: Didn't fully tested it, but I have noticed that even on full charge, once it reaches 2 bars of battery, it's been like 47 minutes ish, give or take and that was on cooling mainly and less than 41% wind speed, now it could be me, could not, I just find it a bit inefficient. (Again I'm still going to test it further). Buttons: There straightforward, I'd recommend getting the app for the full understanding though. Overall current performance: 3.8/5 (this will either improve or go down depending on what flaw or any goods I find with the device) Another update.. Hopefully final update unless I just keep adding more and more - 07/06/2026. I am quite surprised a neck fan, especially this brand has a heat mode. Personally considering I have neck pain and spasms often, I use the heat mode often, I usually max out myself on 113F or Level 2 heat mode. It does have a level 3 which is the max of 122F but personally to me, I believe 113F is just enough. Heat rating: 4.8/5 (can sometimes feel like a skin burn, but it all depends how your body tolerates it). Final conclusion, would i recommend this? I mean if your in an area where its always hot outside such as Texas, then go for it, but if your just using this indoors (like I tend to do most of the time) then no, id just rely on home air conditioning. Could this be used to cool down a person during an air conditioner outage? Not fully but it will cool ya down enough to feel decent, depending on the setting you use it on. Is the heat mode on the neck effective? Much more effective than the traditional heat pad that I use often because I have back pain, but also use it for neck. (Side note, dont rely on me for my review, check out others, maybe you'll find something better, ill still likely end up updating this comment). Overall personal rating: 4.3/5 Final update genuinely: July 10, 2026. Decided to return the device, but yall might find it as to why? Well this device is great and all, the heating feature is phenomenal and the overall features it has are great, I personally loved the device, the only thing I didnt quite like so much was the price tag on this device. Unlike other brands, this one went over my expectations and was a great product, but just by the price, I do wish this was lower, at most in my opinion I'd buy it priced at: <$190 or power, maybe when it becomes discounted (if ever) I'd purchase it again, but for now it was a great product to test, personally would recommend if you live in an area such as myself in south Texas since weather here is blazing hot. Cooling efficiency rating: 4.4 / 5 - Pretty great, but its not guaranteed 1 second instant, to me it took roughly 17 - 33 seconds for me to feel it on the skin. Heating efficiency rating: Gee, this was honestly perfect for the neck spasms, pain, and discomfort I have often, this actually helped me a lot, but I can always just use the traditional heating pad I have back home. 4.9/5 (just make sure not to use 122F, 113F is sufficient, 122F is.. well if u live in Antarctica which idk that's up to u, just dont burn yourself. Battery life rating: 3.6/5 - Not the greatest battery life, but then again I was rigorously testing it so I quite drained it significantly. Comfort rating: 4.47/5 - Fairly comfortable, personally to me I didnt feel it heavy nor light, it was in between the middle so to keep it felt great. Charge rate: 3/5 - Didn't seem fast at all, I have a charger that has a digital wattage reader and upon charging this device it only limited itself to 10 watts, not 15 watts (rated) but doesnt matter to me, hardly used the device so I technically ended up charging it when not in use (just make sure if you want a device to last, charge it when it gets to 80% full.. im aware it doesnt display percentage, but once it hits 3 bars and it's about or just hit 4 bars, just ensure to stop there, thats up to you though. Does it come with a case? - No, I wish but I honestly just had it sit on my desk. Overall rating: 4.6/5 Small edit: 07/28/2026 - 6:09 pm Uhm... mightve repeated a bunch of words and sections upon this review, but bear with me I have adhd and dyslexia, doesnt help the situarion but I do tend to repeat a lot of stuff consistently when writing reviews, so sry if some of it made sense or did not, but dont rely on my post for what I reviewed, go read other reviews to, mine just barely might make sense yk..

Needs a 5V. 3A. Charger before you can start enjoying it. 6 hours
Just got my Ranvoo today and I can't wait to try it out. Unfortunately it doesn't come with a charger, so I had to pick one out on Amazon and it will be here tomorrow morning or early afternoon. You need a quality 5 volt 3 amp or more charger. Always 5 volt and at least 3 amps, but if it's 10 amps or 15 amps that's fine because that just means that it's capable of providing more power and your unit will draw what it needs, but the 5 volt has to be 5 volt just so we're clear, and nobody burns up their unit on the first day. All my phone and tablet chargers are 5 volt, but they vary from 1 amp to 2 amps, so they won't do. I picked an Anker brand. So the real test review will come later. Currently I own three different models of regular neck fans; one of them I have 4 units, so that I'm never without a working one. they were super cheap and have 6,000 mAh batteries as well, which is definitely the ticket because the ones I have that have 4,000 mAh batteries run out a lot quicker, especially since one has two cold plates. The other one I have has the long extension in the back with the third fan, and I couldn't get over how uncomfortable that is even though everything else works great. This unit is so much better designed. I could tell by putting it around my neck that it's much more comfortable in the back and I can move my head in any direction, it stays put and it doesn't poke me in the back like the cheap unit that I have. I plan on using this on my sport bike which can run at 225 degrees when I'm stopped, on a hot day, and at least 170 on a cold day LOL. I'm usually pretty comfortable on the bike when I moving, but when I get off to go into a store I start to sweat profusely, so much so that during covid people would let me go in front of them in line.. lol.. I'd swear to them I didn't have covid.. it's just all the gear.. I have Kevlar pants on which are like wearing thick sweatpants, and I usually leave my jacket on. Wearing just a regular neck fan helped a little.. the ones with the cold plates were obviously much better, and this one has cold plates and cold air !!!! I can't wait... at first I thought even the ones with just cold plates for 40 or $60 were expensive, but after using them can you really put a price on comfort? I mean I'm riding around on an expensive bike, with expensive gear. why wouldn't I want to be as comfortable as possible ! And nobody looks at me like I'm a freak for wearing a fan around my neck. if anything I've had a lot of people want to know all about it and one guy yesterday told me that he's down in Florida a lot of the time and how awesome it sounds. well New Jersey ain't much better; it's always hot and humid during the summer. Dry heat no problem. I've been in Las Vegas when it's 115° and my friend's car didn't even have air conditioning in it.. not saying that was ideal but that's why they call the snow out west Champaign powder because it's dry west of the Rockies. here on the East Coast we're used to getting wet if we fall skiing and we're definitely wet on hot humid days. I wouldn't care less if everybody pointed at me wearing the thing, as long as I'm comfortable I'm happy, but if anybody even notices it with the motorcycle jacket and pants, it's only because I point at it when I walk by and say oh man, this thing is great. Especially when you put your head in one of the ice cream freezers. ! Then even the regular fans are blowing cold air can't wait to have it blow cold air without having to stick my head in the freezer LOL

Forget cheap neck fans, this is on a WHOLE different level. Perfect for brutal heat and humidity!
I got the device yesterday evening delivered from the US to here in Hong Kong a day earlier than initially provided – which was already a very welcome positive surprise! Just two days ago, the weather suddenly turned hot (30–33°C) and extremely humid (85%) — which is a real struggle for me, since I was born in a colder country. I sweat a lot without any aid (which is very uncomfortable), and my old cooling fan from China was barely able to provide much relief (well… it has 3 small Peltier elements but also cost only around 40 USD). So I went on Amazon to look for something better, and I found this product. It claimed to be a “personal air conditioner,” and to be honest, I was skeptical. But with a trip coming up and since they offered free returns — I figured it was worth giving it a try. And the verdict? It turned out to be an absolute lifesaver for anyone trying to survive in hot and humid conditions. There is NO comparison to any of the cheap devices out there (often without Peltier elements and just a fan) — this is a completely different league. if you like its like a Mercedes Maybach compared to a small middle class car.... Last night I went out to test the Ranvoo. It's lighter than I thought and no problem to wear at all. I was worried the collar of my polo shirt might block the air intake at the back, but there was no issue at all. The device actually performs better than I expected. I was out for 2 hours, walking both uphill and downhill. I brought along a 20,000 mAh Anker external battery to test how the Ranvoo handles operation while charging. Contrary to what I’d read, there was no drop in airflow power. It worked just the same with or without the external battery. What really impressed me is that it can run AND charge at the same time. After 1.5 hours on full cooling (C3, 16°C), the internal battery was down to about 50%. With the external battery plugged in, it continued working at 100% performance and recharged back to 75% in just half an hour. Honestly that is very impressive! In terms of cooling effect: under 33°C with normal humidity, it performs flawlessly. In high humidity, of course it can't eliminate the moisture in the air — but it still provides a strong and noticeable cooling effect. After 2 hours outside in this hot and steamy weather, it felt like being in 25°C with 75% humidity — which, for me, is still an acceptable and comfortable condition. Also worth noting: it’s quieter than expected, and overall just much better built and designed than anything else I’ve tried. So, is it worth the money? For me, absolutely yes. When you’re dealing with extreme weather day after day and still have to be outside, this isn’t just a gadget — it’s an essential comfort tool, Honestly, my only regret is not buying it sooner. Considering I’ll be using it daily for at least 6 months a year, the price is completely justified. PS.: I use a slim external 10.000 mAh for around uninterrupted 6-7h of operation at full fan speed and cooling capacity (16 degrees C). That is basically a full day. Should be a power bank that can deliver 15W - 20W at 5V - best brand is Anker.

Quality is great.
Build quality is sturdy, battery life is good enough, multiple option of cooling, heating and fan mode are great functions of the device.

Excelente producto.

Impressive upgrade – perfect for early and late walks
I got my AICE LITE Plus just yesterday, and I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve been through several neck fans and cooling devices over the years, but this one is in a league of its own. I walk my dog twice a day, early in the morning and again in the evening. Before using this, I would often end up feeling overheated or with my heart racing, especially when it gets humid. Since switching to this device, that’s no longer an issue. The cooling power is noticeably stronger, and what really stood out to me is the powerful wind, it pushes a steady stream of cool air right where I need it, and it feels like a proper AC on the move. The enlarged cooling plates are another big win. They now cover a wider area around my neck and cool me down much faster compared to previous models I’ve tried. The combination of the cold plates and the enhanced airflow makes this a huge step up. In terms of functionality and comfort, the design is spot on. It's simple to operate, and switching modes is smooth even while I’m walking. The device is light and doesn’t put strain on my neck, which is important for longer walks. The build quality also feels upgraded, solid and well-constructed with premium materials. Everything from the buttons to the hinges feels durable. The battery life is more than enough to handle multiple walks without worrying about recharging. I briefly tested the heating function and it seems just as capable as the cooling side, so I’m looking forward to using that once the cold season comes around. All in all, this product delivers real value. It’s a big leap ahead of similar products I’ve owned in the past. If you’re looking for a reliable cooling solution with serious wind power, I’d highly recommend this one.
