Great diffuser for the car. Easy to use. Produces nice mist when diffusing. I get compliments all time when going through drive ups for coffee. No issues so far. Bought back in May. Update- many people have issues with working in car and then shutting off after a few seconds. Make sure your car USB port has a strong enough output. Cars don’t always have strong enough usb amp output- use a USB port with at least 1 amp or more and it works just fine!

I have two of these little diffusers. The first one went a little haywire and stopped working after about three weeks of usage. I reached out to customer service and they tirelessly helped me troubleshoot the issue. When that didn't work, they happily shipped a new diffuser and showed me how to care for it so I didn't have the same problems with this new one.I highly recommend buying this diffuser. It's the perfect size, about the width of a soda can, a little bit taller than a can, and the quantity of water it holds is enough for an 8 hour day of intermittent misting.Overall I have had a great experience with this diffuser and the company.

Bought this for road trips and to use in hotels. Worked great first two times I used it just for in the car home and back shopping to test it out. When it came time for the first road trip, this summer, it wouldn't stay on. You turn it on and it just flashes on and off. Tried cleaning it again as I put it away clean but thought maybe there was some residue I missed. Still did not work. I have several diffuser's in my home and know how to take care of them. This one is a BIG let down.

Gave it a 4 out of 5 because it’s been acting a little wonky when I try turning it on. I have to click it about 3 times until it turns on. Might be where I have it plugged in my car but I’ve ran out of USB areas. But this diffuser is AMAZING!! I have it running for almost a week- takes me about 20-30 minutes to go to work and come back home. It’s super quiet and makes the whole car smell amazing! Definitely never going back to regular car fresheners.

1) Works wonderfully! The diffuser makes only a slight trickling sound which adds to the calming effect, in my opinion. It is only slightly shorter than a standard water bottle.2) It looks super sharp and can run continuously for 3 Hours or intermittently for 6. The material used to make it feels cheap, but that doesn’t seem to hurt its performance.It is exactly what I wanted for work and I will be purchasing more for around my house.

I wish that this would have worked well. The design and ease of use are great but it unfortunately did not work well as a car diffuser. As a stationary desk diffuser it would be great, but I believe that in the car the water sloshes around and causes it to malfunction. The seller replaced my first one free of charge but the second is having the same problems.

Very straight forward and easy to use in the car. It stopped working for a second and after reading the trouble shooting pamphlet I realized I had filled it with a little too much water. Poured some out and it worked perfectly after that. Very reliable and it looks great in my car with my black interior. Definitely relaxes me in traffic. Would buy again and again if I had to. Thanks!

The water level is actually lower than the recommended line inside. If you fill the water to the line, it barely works or doesn’t work at all. If you lower the water to at least half up to the line, it works great, BUT then it doesn’t last long. It cuts the time in half and then it’s not worth it. The water recommendation line is wrong and inconsistent with they are actually selling the use for.

Update:. Doesn't work anymore!!! Plug outlet on this diffuser is of poor quality. I can no longer recommend this product. Buyer beware! My rating has been dropped to one star, if that.Product is as expected. It works really well, when used with some adjustments. Tip: Don't fill water to the Max indicator. It'll still work, but, it won't spew as much mist. After several times filling it to the Max line, I noticed it slowly increased the amount of mist as the water decreased in the reservoir. I would say about 3/4s full is adequate.I use it with a drop or two of Utrasonic diffuser oil (Rosemary mint).Excellent product! Highly recommended! I would purchase again.Oh, I use it at home and in my car. It works great in both environments. Enjoy!!!

Worked for a short time (under 2 months) before the motor stopped working- could’ve been a faulty cord as well as it work pump out the mist for a short time and cut in and out. Not good quality.

Great size. But a bit cheap.

Update:The customer service contacted me after I wrote my review. They sent me a new unit right away. They have been in contact a few times to check that it arrived and again since to make sure it works and is ok. I really appreciate the efforts they went too. Thank you.———————————————————This diffuser just stopped working. It worked ok when i got it and has till last last week - It has never moved off my desk at work, and it simply will not turn on. I am at a loss for what to do. Its not very old. Considering how much i paid for it, it should work longer than a couple of months. Majorly disappointed and i don't think i have any recourse on this.

If the diffuser is too tight in your cup holder it will prevent the fan at the base from working and you won't get the mist. At first I thought the product did not work but I removed it from the cup holder and it worked beautifully. Customer Service responded to my initial concerns quickly and offered to replace the item. I'm very happy with it, it is very similar to the other brand name diffuser which cost more money.
