First of all, I loved the price. I go through these cartridges like nothing printing bar codes, shipping labels, and, occassionally some 3rd grade math hw conveniently left at school.However, and it's a big however, the toner smears quite easily. Which as you might guess, make it incredibly difficult to span barcodes.Would i buy again? Yes. I bought three in. Early Nov and nearly burned through all three. These are a good back up plan. But Im going back to the real deal bevause I love legible text.Oh, and my printer is updated so I didnt have 2 switch chips.Update: sent me a new upgraded item, and it was actually much better, so I improved my rating. Much better. If I let the labels sit for a few minutes there is no smearing.Update 2019:The current product is so good I actually think it is better than the genuine cartridge. The ink holds together much better and won't smear, at least it won't smear in my dry CA climate. I am using a better paper as well and that helps ALOT.

When I first installed the toner in my Samsung printer it did recognize this product and said it was not compatible.I couldn't find an address for this company so called Samsung for support and was directed to HP. The customer service representative assured me that the printer would accept aftermarket toner and if there was an issue it was most likely a toner mfg problem. However, I was directed to use a glasses cleaning cloth and gently clean the contacts on BOTH the printer and new toner. Task completed, reinstalled and now recognizes and working just fine. Too soon to see how long or well this will work but ok for the moment.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. I did not use it until my current toner was exhausted. I popped the cartridge in and it did not work. I wrote to Scarlett at the company who told me to use an eraser on the contacts. I did and it is working wonderfully. I printed out a service manual for my receiver/amplifier which contained many details. Crisp and black as it should be. I'm very happy now. This seems like an excellent buy!{I marked longevity 5 stars showing how hopeful I'll be. Then again for the price even if each cartridge does not last as long the overall savings still will be significant. If I run into problems, I'll update this review.}

You cannot beat the price, however the toner is not as great as OEM. You may have to install, uninstall and reinstall the new toner cartridge a few times for your Samsung printer to recognize the cartridge. We also had one cartridge start to leak and make swirl marks on its prints and ended up throwing it away. We purchased (6) of these and experienced the leaking cartridge with the 4th one, however the 5th one we just installed is working well so far.

This was my second purchase of a package of three. I gave one of the first to one of my daughters, who said it was just as good as the more expensive kind she had used. I also recommended it to family and friends. I have no qualms in giving this product a five star rating. Excellent product, excelent price.

I brought it from the Church’s printer, we go through a lot of ink printing materials we need. So far I have had no issues with the cartridges, we will surely purchase some when I put the last one in. I give it a thumbs up .

I’ve only used one cartridge so far but it is lasting a long time so far and the print quality is GREAT!!!!! I loveeeeeeeee that I got three of them and hope they all work NOT LIKE one other company I bought from when I got 2 of them and only one worked :( I will update my review later if there is a problem but so far I am VERYYYYYYY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!!!! Well, the toner cartridges did finally work. At first, we installed one of the three that came in the order, and when we tried printing it said something about the toner cartridge being incompatible. We removed it and put it back in with the same results. the third time, I sort of shove it a bit more, and then it started printing just fine. So far, it is still working.
