The media could not be loaded. I’m very impressed with the Midea pedestal fan. This fan is quiet, powerful, and very easy to use. It’s great for bedrooms, living rooms, or even offices. One of the best features is how quiet it is only 21dB, which is barely noticeable. I can easily sleep with it on all night without any disturbance.The fan has a smart dual-blade design and uses a powerful DC motor. This makes the airflow strong but smooth. There are 12 speed settings, so I can adjust the airflow exactly how I like it, whether I want a gentle breeze or strong cooling. The fan also has a wide oscillation range 135° horizontally and 120° vertically. This means it can move air around the whole room, not just in one direction. It really helps to keep the air fresh and cool everywhere.Another thing I really like is the 15 hour timer. I can set it to turn off automatically while I sleep or when I leave the house. This saves energy and makes things more convenient. It also comes with a remote control, so I don’t have to get up to change the settings. Everything is simple to operate.The height is adjustable, which is a great feature. I can set it higher or lower depending on where I need the air to go. Easy to put together. Base feels flimsy but holds up well. The fan is powerful because even on setting one it’s strong. Looks nice and sleek being all back, height adjustment is good. Definitely worth £19.99

The fan description mentions "24° vertical oscillation" - the particular model I had (MPF25MBUK) doesn't include this - although you can tilt the fan manually so potentially that may be what it's referring to. For the price and functionality I needed it's not important but would have been a nice to have. It also mentions a handle which this model doesn't seem to have - not a big deal as the fan is light and sturdy enough to be carried by the pole. You do have to be careful with the "thumb screw" to attach the head unit to the pole - if you use too much force it can come through the plastic. As others have mentioned the plastic fan can be a bit on the loud side - especially on the higher settings, but does generate a good flow of air to keep you cool. For the price it's reasonable value for money and assembly isn't particularly complicated. As you might expect for the price it does contain a high proportion of plastic but looks wise it has a reasonable functional aesthetic. Overall it seems like it will do the job and produces a good flow of air at a low price.

I use a fan 365 days of the year! It's faced on me every night whilst I sleep.So I've used many, many different makes of fans including Dyson.This fan is by far the best I've ever used (I never leave reviews!) That's how impressed I am with it.Looks great, different settings, extremely easy to put together.The rotation and tilt of the fan is brilliant.It's sturdy and although noisy (all fans are if they're good) it's fine. my previous Dyson fan was stupidly loud.Sometimes it is best to go cheap £19.99 against £450. The £19.99 wins it!

Eventually received the item.Got the replacement,,still can't put it together,screws missing,half of the grid doesnt fit,and there I's no on and off button,have to switch off at mains..poor quality,imgoingto throw it in the bin,and buy an expensive one.

This works perfectly. Really quiet, works really well. Genuinely no bad words to say about this, very good value for money.

Set up seemed like a chore when I first opened the box, but it was very straightforward and easy to follow the directions. Fan works great! But the quality is not super nice — feels a bit like cheap plastic. We will see how long it lasts with constant summer use.
