Vital part of living
I started with recommended 1/2 tablet then went to full tablet. At first if I missed a dose I couldn’t get out of bed. For me iodine has made a huge difference. Dr David Brownstein recommends even higher doses which I may try.

Excellent Potency
This supplement is easy to swallow and easy to break in half, if desired. It is great to have access to the higher potency. I’m very satisfied with it.

Does not contain Polysorbate 80
I try to avoid Polysorbate 80. So, I purchased this brand instead of Idoral. Dr Brownstein also mentioned this brand on his podcast with Dr Rosensweet. I was using Lugol Original drops but it was staining my teeth. I have not yet taken this product by mouth as I just received it. I will then update my review. Also, please note on the bottle, 1/2 tablet at 6.25mg is recommended. A whole tablet supplies 12.5mg.

Great product for less
In response to "Burkey"'s review of 5/24, the ingredients in both Iodazyme and Iodoral are, in actual fact, of equal proportion and content. If you look at the Supplement Facts label on Biotics Iodazyme (which I have in my hand), the serving size is one-half of a tablet, versus the one tablet serving listed on the Iodoral label. The description of the product on this website: "Iodazyme HP (5 mg of metallic iodine and 7.5 mg of potassium iodide per scored tablet)" lists the ingredients as well. If you do the math, 5 + 7.5 = 12.5 mg per tablet. Compare this with the information on Amazon's viewable label of Iodoral and you will see that the ingredients and amounts are exactly the same per tablet, and, that the per tablet cost is actually less for Iodazyme.
