Better than 99% of other channel knives
The deep "V" shaped cut this makes when used on citrus fruits is excellent for bar garnish twists. Garnish cut with this doesn't break easily when expressed and has more pith on the back side compared to those made with a combo channel knife/zester.The rectangular cut version of this is better IMO, but costs more and ships from France, so probably not worth the cost/wait for most.

Works great for lemon peels
I use it to cut curly lemon peel garnish for Vesper Martinis. It's easy to use, works great.

Good Peeler
It's a little hard to handle but gets the job done. I've only used it once on lemons but maybe I need some more practice. It's a handy little tool.

Great for the price
Nice little tool for bar or kitchen to use with citrus to make Currys for garnish in drinks or to use in desserts or other dishes. Handy, sharp, and inexpensive.

This is a great tool if you're left handed!!
I've always been challenged creating a great lemon twist for a cocktail because the average tool for this job is geared towards right-handed people. This one is unbiased and equally easy to use for me and my husband. And it makes a great, long fancy peel for a cocktail. I love it!
