This is an excellent starter kit that contains most of the things a casual user will need and avoids the things the average user will not. What you won't find in this kit is a bubble level (which any smart phone can do), scissors (which most people already have), or a power drill (which at this price point will be garbage). What you WILL get is a saw -- something many similar kits don't include -- insulating tape (another item often not included in similar kits), and the usual necessities of a measuring tape, a variety of wrenches and screwdrivers, and a hammer. Are these items high quality? No, of course not. You're paying $35 for 182 items, this breaks down to an incredibly cheap $0.20 per item. $0.20 is cheap even for the cheapest parts in this kit -- the saw replacement blades. So, no, you're not getting Knipex quality, but you're not paying Knipex prices, either. Just one of Knipex's cheapest pliers wrenches costs more than this entire kit. But the quality of this kit is passable, good enough to do the light jobs this kit is designed for. If you're a casual user, like a student or homeowner who only infrequently needs to fix something, this is a great kit for you. If you're someone who has a shop or does serious carpentry or repairs, you're unlikely to even be reading this review, this kit is not for you and it isn't intended for you. One small cautionary point, this kit reeks of plastic, you'll want to open it outside, lay it flat, and let it sit there for a day or two. Highly recommend.

This kit has ALMOST everything I need for an RV set. The major missing piece is a level. The quality is not the best I've ever seen but I'm only planning to use these tools occasionally and didn't want to break the bank. Overall I'm happy with it.

Good price for a pretty good collection of tools. It was purchased to leave at my condo in case I needed to do small maintenance jobs while I am there. I certainly would not recommend it for daily use.

A go-to tool kit-all I need for basic household repair. Most tools are made of very good quality. The knife was a little rusted, however I replaced the blade. Nice carrying bag and place for everything to keep inside. I like to work such organized way. Most economical and functional gift I have received. Highly recommended!!

Bought this set for my daughter. Very impressed for the price and the tools that are available. It is not heavy duty but very usable.

Thought this looked like a great value which is why I ordered it and we don't need really nice ones as we aren't all that handy, but pretty easy to tell this is a low quality somewhat sad box o' tools. Colours are faded on all the handles. Tools do not fit well in their spots, most were popped out but that was no big deal being that they were shipped from Amazon US-- but trying to put them in their places they were all wonky. Wouldn't recommend-- maybe something that costs a bit more would be a lot better?

These are a great "just in case" set of tools to have in the home. They are not the highest quality, but they are functional and have enough of the right tools to get most basic jobs done easily.
