π Power Your Connections with Silence and Security!
The Zyxel 5-Port Gigabit Web Managed PoE+ Switch (GS1200-5HPv2) is designed for modern networking needs, supporting IEEE 802.3at with up to 30 watts per port and a total of 60 watts. It features intuitive web management, port-based QoS for optimized traffic control, link aggregation for increased bandwidth, VLAN support for enhanced security, and a fanless design for quiet operation.

Great and easy to setup
I have this managed hub for completing link aggregation for my NAS, itβs excellent.

Good for the money, and is on par with the netgear equivolent.
Good.

Great value, good feature set and easy setup
Easy to set up. Inexpensive but with good functionality e.g. VLANs. Good web interface. Difficult to fault, especially for the price.

Good small PoE switch, basic management beats Netgear at this price point
I like Zyxel's networking kit and run some of their GS1900 series switches too. I needed a small switch for an outbuilding that had outgrown its two cables and I needed PoE for a phone and cameras, so it was this or Tenda or Netgear. The Netgear cheapo PoE has no management capability at all and I'd like to be able to assign VLANs; the Tenda was more expensive than this, plus I know Zyxel. The management options available are just the very basics - simple VLANs, some QoS - and the GUI is a more funky look but totally different in structure from the much more complex UIs of the GS1900 series. It does the job, though :-)NB; port 5 is not PoE, only ports 1-4 have power. The power supply, as always with PoE, is a large-ish 'brick' with cables in and out; it's nearly as big as the switch! All set up in 10 minutes and ready to rock and roll. Hopefully this will give many years of good service.

VLAN on a budget, great little router for the price
VLAN on a budget, great little router for the price. Works perfectly allowing my modem on one vlan to pass into pfSense vm on proxmox so fault tolerant.

Works well.
A bit fiddly for the initial configuration.

It works
Using switch as part of AV set up and have had zero issues would buy again if I ever need to expand set up

Cheap, does the trick - but some limits
It's cheap, the metal case is nice, it does the trick, but there are some annoying limits:- Password limited to 15 characters- No apparent SSH or Telnet interface- Absurdly short web interface timeout and can't change- Can't change management VLAN from 1And these are just some of the most basic limitations. But it's cheap and will do the trick for most home users at a very low price, just a shame the software doesn't allow a bit more.
