Braun Satin Hair 3 - ST 310 - Hair Straightener with Extra Wide Plates (Black)

My daily grooming is incomplete without this one !!! Doesn't damage hair, makes it silky and shiny and straightens like a salon finish in barely 5 mins

I used my hair straightener twice in two months. During the second use, the plates stopped heating and the straightener stopped working. Now, the Braun hair straightener comes with a two-year warranty. HOWEVER, if something goes wrong, it needs to be taken to the Braun service centre, which does not exist. There is ONE authorised dealer/service centre in all of Delhi, which is in Karol Bagh. You can either take the defective product there or courier it to them. And from there, the procedure will start. The company will decide whether to repair or replace, will then inform you and THEN after a lot of informing and moving to and fro, you will find peace with your two-year warranty hair straightener! And all the while, you keep cursing yourself for having bought a Braun hair straightener and that too from Amazon, which takes no responsibility for the product after the ten days of purchase are over. Best to avoid electronics from Amazon, I feel.

I like the fact that it doesn't takes long time to straighten hair only problem is its dial comes in the way of gripping to straighten .

It's a decent product. Though not as good as my Remington iron. The plates are broader and at times hair gets tugged somehow. This doesn't happen with the Remington iron.

Truly Professional I must say this is as good as the expensive hair straighter because they get hot as quickly, the ceramic plates are as good and wide, and even better is the ability to change the temperature setting so there is more versatility for use with different hair types.

I used it when I had long hair and it did the job quite well. My hairs are thick and getting them straight is not the easiest thing to do, but on scale two and in less than ten minutes, job done. Warms up in less than a minute and slides like a silk. I would easily recommend it.

I used it only once after purchase and immediately after that as soon as electricity went off and then back on while in use, it fused and stopped working Best part is they do not have any service centres in India and Amazon guys have fooled us while we called them for helping us finding the service centre contact details with wrong phone numbers and email id, all the contacts given were wrong non existing or even better of some Brain medical supplies than this cosmetic company we have been thoroughly cheated in this case by Braun as well as Amazon

Bought to replace the same model which was used for 3years. But the new one received is not comparable with previous one we had. My family has asked if we can return it because it’s not useful as heating is not happening as expected.

It’s become hot but not making any different for hair !
