Wooden toilet paper rollers - 2 Pack

When we had our bathrooms remodeled, the workers threw out (or kept for themselves!) the ancient wooden rollers that had probably been in our bathrooms since our house was built 90-plus years ago. They replaced them with lightweight, silvery plastic ones. The new ones were less sturdy and would pop loose every now and then when the TP roll was given an assertive tug, and their slick surface would promote over dispensing of TP under similar circumstances. This product fixes all of that and adds back that vintage charm.

My house was built in 1962 so the toilet paper holder is ceramic and inside the tiled wall. The original holder broke so I looked for a replacement and couldn’t find one in the stores to fit. I googled it and found these holders on Amazon. I ordered them and they work perfectly. Great workmanship too.

I live in an old house. The main bathroom was last updated in the 50s...all porcelain and ceramic walls, floors and fixtures. The toilet paper holder is mounted on the wall with tile all around it. The wooden dowel that held the roll of paper finally wore out and that started a journey that I hope never to take again. It started with 3 different plastic rollers that fit into the space but all had a nasty habit of springing out onto the floor when you least expected it. FINALLY found the perfect roller. After more than two weeks with no problems whatsoever I feel confident to write this review. I love my new wooden rollers! So well made, the wood is beautiful, the metal spring is excellent, and best of all, no flying toilet paper rollers. Paint it any color you like and look forward to another 60-70 years of use : )
