I had this book when I was a child and I remember spending hours looking at the pictures and searching for every hidden detail that I could find. When I was in elementary school, I gave away my copy to replace a library book I had lost. I wanted other kids to meet this book. I just got a new (to me) copy today and flipping through the pages was like stepping into a time machine. Bonus: the copy I got has a newspaper clipping about the treasure being found taped inside the cover!Highly recommend this book to curious children of any age. The riddles in picture and word will keep you guessing and searching, the tale told is timeless, the art is amazing and highly detailed. There is a rabbit in every single image, can you find them all?

When my package didn't arrive, they contacted me right away and sent another copy of this book. It was a favorite of mine when I was a kid and I had always wanted to solve the mystery of where the treasure was hidden. Now I know it was found, but I still love the artwork and puzzling over the pages. Thank you for getting it to me!

I love this book, the paintings are wonderful. I only wish Amazon would treat their staff better, provide healthcare so I didn’t feel like a trash person for ordering through them.

Book was in good shape as noted, but smelled very strongly of mildew. Unfortunately I can not give it to my granddaughter in this condition. She would reject it on the odor alone.

This book is bizarre and I like it a lot. I still don't know what it means. Important to check out all of the news following the actual treasure hunt and subsequent controversy. Kit Williams is quite a character as well, I recommend watching the youtube documentary on him.

I lover the story, the paintings and the hare treasure. All 3 things goes perfect together. I just could't find my first book so I just have to buy one more. Now the first book showed up Again but I don't mind having 2 books.

This is one of the best artworks of modern times.Unfortunately, I cracked the spine on this brand-new book. How much does it diminish the value>It is a really beautiful work of art, in any case.

I bought this book as it was a favourite of mine as a kid. My dad had a collection of Kit Williams books and we would spend hours looking through them. Each book has pages and pages of unique in intricate pictures with something new to see every time you turn onto them. This book has hares hidden on each pages in the original ‘Where’s Wally’ style art. Absolutely beautiful books, well worth a spot on anyone’s bookshelf.

One of the classic picture books of all time, the mystery and charm of the illustrations and story (and of course back story, which is remarkable) survive intact to this name. Recommended to anyone curious about the book but who hasn't yet read a copy.
