Q: How big when being shipped, does it get folded for shipping?

It is folded. Box is approximately 2 1/2 X 3 1/2 feet.

Q: For those getting leaks, are they seam leaks? There is a pattern but no remedy clearly given.

I've been dealing with seam leaks around the reinforced corners maybe a year after I purchased it. I've been patching it ever since. vinyl patch for swimming pools works well. I'll be having to purchase a new one before to long, as I believe it's about patched out.

Q: What is the thickness of the vinyl?

I hav no way to messure it but its as thick as the origional mattress i had and that one lasted 20 years with no issues.
