I don’t understand what you are asking, it is a wireless controlled outlet adapter to control your garbage disposal or whatever you plug into it, it works very well. There is a battery in the controller which at some point will need replacing. The device which you plug your appliance into receives its power from the 110v outlet.

Q: Is the remote sealed / waterproof?

I don't believe it is waterproof. But is water resistant. A wet hand won't affect it's performance.

Q: Mine stopped working, how do i file warranty claim or contact customer service?

Don’t know about that as I never filed a claim.

Q: if 2 of this installed in 3 compartment sink , will the switch wireless frequencies interfere with each other?

I don't think they will, but I don't know. I have 2 sinks in my kitchen (one near the wall ad 1 in the island) and they don't interfere with each other.
