Serves its purpose
Chocolate flavour is fine albeit the texture is a bit grainy. It is fine though, not great, but after all it is protein powder, not exactly expecting nesquik.

Whey protein tastes and feels much better, no doubts
Whey protein tastes and feels much better, no doubts. But I wanted some slow digesting protein for before bed. This casein powder has a very thick texture, and it is not very pleasant with water. After several attempts, I figured it goes better with almond milk. I feels less thick and doesn't stick in the corners of the mouth when with almond milk. It also goes fine with greek yogurts and porridges.I didn't try any other brands of casein protein, but I've consumed other products from bulk powders and they usually taste great, better than most brands (and cheaper too). So I have my reasons to believe that the texture problem is a general issue with casein proteins, and that other brands may be even worse. =(

Good quality but VERY thick
Overall this is good quality protein powder, but it loses a star due to two issues.The shake is the thickest I have ever had. Almost soup like.The other gripe, is the serving size being 1 and a half scoops (35g).

Great value for this size ( strawberry only )
This is a review for 2.5 kilo bag in strawberry flavour. The purchase price I paid was £22.94 when you consider currently a 1 kilo bag in other flavours costs a shade over £22 you can see that it's excellent value for money. For some reason strawberry always seems to be the poorer cousin to chocolate vanilla etc probably why this is the price it is.The product itself has a mild strawberry flavour which is not overly strong and does not linger in the mouth but when first mixing it has a chalky texture I have found it best if you mix your drink and then leave it a while then giving it a final shake it is a lot smoother drink without the chalky texture.The powder itself is very fine unlike a normal whey protein powder so I recommend mixing on a surface that is easily wiped down , as of yet I have not managed to get some dust residue either on the surface or on my hands.The recommended dosage is three times a day so what I do is use old Cola bottles and mix three drinks up stored in the fridge to simply get out and use as needed.I personally have seen muscle gains using this powder but as with all things it's a personal preference what works for some does not work for this at this price you cannot go wrong

Unpleasant
I found it unpleasant to drink, very light on chocolate flavour. I added cocoa and sweetener to make it drinkable. It was good value (compared to similar products) but I got a low price.

Great value, unflavoured is perfect
I was very dubious about the flavour because of all the reviews but I decided to go with unflavoured and it turned out to be exactly that... No flavour whatsoever. You might get a slight taste of milk if mixing with water but as I mix with milk anyway it's just like drinking a thick glass of milk. I don't even blend or shake, I just stir thoroughly then let sit for a minute before gulping down. No issues whatsoever with the bag, so long as you knock down the powder that got stuck at the top during shipping you won't have any issues with the resealable strip, it can be finicky at first but you quickly get the hang of it. If the nutritional values are accurate then unflavoured not only have more protein but also less sugar... choice is obvious to me since I'm not looking to win a tasting competition but actually use a functional and good value supplement. Will be buying again no doubt!

Absolutely horrible taste
The taste is atrocious, it’s like drinking flour mixed with dust. No amount of additional flavouring helps, even mixing 50/50 with whey protein does not help. Any attempts to add this powder to any kind of food immediately ends up in food tasting like a mix of flour and dust again.
