Only ultra tampon I trust
Only brand that has an ultra capacity. Having very heavy periods, I can go through 5-6 a day of these easily so a large package is better value. This tampon brand has saved me from many leaks and from having to use 10-12 super plus. I still have to change often and I always use a backup but I tried a cup and a disc and neither work for my anatomy unfortunately.

Excellent comfort & leak protection
These Tampax Pearl Ultra tampons have been a lifesaver during my heaviest days. The LeakGuard braid and FormFit design provide exceptional protection; I can go about my day without worrying about uncomfortable accidents, even during workouts or while sleeping. I appreciate the great absorbency and that they are unscented. The tampons are comfortable to wear and easy to insert thanks to the anti-slip grip, and they are made with body-safe materials. I also like that they come in different absorbencies, so I can choose what I need for each day of my cycle. They expand gently to fit my shape, making them comfortable and easy to remove. Overall, these tampons are reliable and convenient, and using them gives me confidence every month.
