Item is good , but not fitting in my ear

Best on-ear headset I’ve ever owned
I ordered this because I am on multiple Zooms during the day and I got tired of regular headsets that hurt my ears after a while. This hooked up to my laptop’s Bluetooth right away without any problems. The sound is great, it’s very comfortable, and the battery lasts a long time. The only issue I had was my laptop would play certain sounds through the headset and others through the built- in speaker after connecting this, but I was able to fix that quickly.
