Educational Insights Foam Magnetic Base 10 Set, Giant Size, Easy to Grip, Ages 10 and up, (121 Pieces)

Wow, I love this Educational insights magnetic foam set. It is amazing. I use it in the classroom with the first-graders to give the visual learners a better understanding of counting tens and regrouping. It was a success. There are not enough tens so you will need to cut some extra tens from the hundreds with a small knife. These worked so great that the school is even going to order them for next September for all the first graders. This is a must in every first grade classroom.

Excellent for large group instruction with place value. Good construction. The lines were defined enough to show the various demarcations for the ones unit. Liked that they were the same color to better show equivalencies. Attached well, but were still easy to move around. Would have liked more 10’s. That said, it appears like the 100 could be cut with a good paper cutter. Overall, great product.

Love these! I use these in my first grade classroom daily. My students love to manipulate the magnets on the white board. Although, the 1000 cube looks 3D it is actually flat. Luckily we don't work on the thousands place in first grade. Thank you for the great product at a reasonable price.

Great size so students can see them on the board.

These are flat! There are not enough in the set to model borrowing and regrouping.

Good quality product. I am a teacher and this fits my needs. The only problem is I would have liked to see more of the base ten blocks. Had too many 100 blocks. I had to use a paper cutter to expand use in teaching division problems. Overall good product, though.

These are excellent quality. I've had them for over a year, and they still look brand new. They stay on my board really well, and we use them almost daily in our homeschooling. Highly recommend! Don't get the cheaper blue set. Those are terrible! I had to return them as they were so flimsy it was hard for my daughter to take them off the board to move them around.No issues with this set!

I love magnetic manipulatives. I have similar set and I purchased these for a couple of co-workers. They are amazing! They are so helpful in elementary for teaching place value. I have used them in various grade levels and they are always useful. I would highly recommend them.

I just wish u could buy more thousands.
