Light, inexpensive, no IR Cam, no finger scan
This model does not have IR camera & finger scanner so Windows Helo can not configure. For its size, it is light and durable for daiky use

I really like the light weight version. This my 3rd for my wife and I, great replacement for old Windows 10 computer.

Good Product
The cost and quality is great. The only downside is that the GPU performance is not that great (it works well but if you're gaming online, you can notice the degradation of the performance.

Disappointed
This computer arrived damaged with a bar down the middle of the screen. The touch screen doesn’t work and it shuts down all the time. Wanted to just exchange it and it wouldn’t allow the option, so I’ve processed a return and was going to just reorder but now the computer is over $1,500 and I originally paid $850. Very disappointing.

Junk
It's going in the trash if I can't get if fixed soon. It's got a much faster processor than my last laptop, but it runs much slower. It doesn't like to shut down or sleep, most of the time I have to hold down the power button for 30 seconds to turn it off. If I do get it shut off it often turns back on after a few minutes. About 1/2 the time it gets the gray screen of death on startup. I've found lots of people on the internet with the same hardware problems with LGs. I will never buy any LG product again.
