Hard to find in stores, delicious hoisin with a hint of lime
I like that this sauce isn't gummy sweet like some hoisins are. It is thinner than typical hoisins, and for me that is a plus. You can controls the flow better. I was desperate to find it in a store after our local chain stopped carrying it so I had to buy more than I wanted - maybe someone out there can offer a two-pack? I don't really taste cilantro - the lime is perfect.
