The ratios for Bokashi Pro-Gro are; Top Dress 1/4 cup per sq ft of soil surface. For premixed, add 3-4 tablespoons per gallon (1.5 cups per 10 gallons) as an amendment. 1 cup per 5 gallons of water for a tea.

How many beneficial bacteria and fungi spices are there in this product? What is the cfu or propagules/gram number?

There are 3 species of microbes in the EM( effective microorganisms) used to ferment our product. lactic acid bacteria, yeasts and fermenting fungi.

Can this be used on coco with worm castings? And what would be the ideal ph?

Yes, Pro-Gro works well with coco and worm castings. If using as an amendment, mix in 1.5 cups per 10 gallons of coco. If using as a standalone fertilizer, mix in 3-4 cups per 10 gallons of coco. The beneficial microbes will adjust the soil pH themselves to the ideal environment for growing.

What are all the ingredients in this? What exactly comprises the "whole food complex"? And what percentage of the ingredients is the wheat bran?

Bokashi Pro-Gro consists of Wheat bran (86.6%), Effective Microorganisms (EM). b-vitamins, minerals, amino acids, kelp, molasses, organic beet root and the organic whole food ingredients are proprietary, however we will reveal that a large percentage of the OWF is certified organic alfalfa. All this goes through a fermentation process and dried to become a shelf stable natural fertilizer
