i liked this bag it is the perfect size I can fit everything I need for classes very easily. It comes with the black heart decor and it’s good quality at least for as long as I have been using it.

The loop at the top ripped off the first time picking it up with a kids laptop in it. The straps are not adjustable for kids and one zipper came apart the first time my daughter opened the pouch. Super disappointed in this cute and soft backpack.

Waited weeks for this to arrive( original delivery was to have been 4 weeks from date of purchase). Delivery was weeks past that!On the 3rd use the zipper pulls broke ( I replaced them as reordering would have been a waste of time. The zipper is poor quality , and catches the fur . I’ll likely replace it with a new metal zipper.My 9 year old uses this to carry fidget toys, so not much weight goes in this pack. The straps are flimsy so dont plan to carry much
