AnolonGourmet Nonstick Bakeware Set with Nonstick Cookie Sheets / Baking Sheets - 3 Piece, Graphite Gray

I'm a fan of anolon and happy with these pans. They are easy to clean and don't warp in the oven when they get hot. My wife had cooked a roast on one but put a silicon liner on first. All the juice that went under the liner scorched to charcoal. With a little help from a plastic spatula the char came off no problem!

Great product for nonstick and maintaining its shape in a hot oven. Cleaning after use is tough and no matter how much scrubbing, there’s always a bit left. Overall, would recommend.

I bought these pans to go with the Anolon cookware set and, overall, I've been very pleased with these. I've been using them for months now and they still look brand new. In fact, they make the best chocolate chip cookies. I've baked cookies with these baking sheets and then made the mistake of trying to use an old sheet when these were dirty... these Anolon sheets made cookies that were perfectly baked at the temperature the recipe suggested with a nice, crispy bottom. When I tried to use other sheets, the cookies did not bake consistently all the way through. My only complaint is that the smallest pan has some rust on the underside. I haven't had any problems with rust on the other two sheets and I only hand wash and air or towel dry.

Best pans I have ever purchased!

Pros: After several uses, the non-stick is still in good shape. I like the sizes of the set.Cons: Stains appeared after the =very first= use of this pan (no, I did not use cooking spray-I used straight olive oil, nothing else), and as the photos show, the back right hand corner of the large sheet warped.I had high hopes for these pans, as I'm about to buy more cookware, and was testing this brand before making that leap.

These pans are sturdy and on the heavy side. Can't say how easy to clean or how well they hold up in the oven because I bought as a gift.

Amazing product. Had a large Anolon tray for years but was getting a bit worn so didn’t hesitate to buy the brand name again. Recommend.
