Although the bed was not as sturdy and what I was looking for, its understandable since it is not mechanical and price is fair. The customer service was amazing. They made sure I was happy at the end. For my needs I need a very sturdy bed that won’t move at all but may work for you. 👍🏻

Nice sturdy bed; installation manual was poor; if it slides down from sitting up 90 degrees then you installed the adjustable back mount upside down. If it’s unsteady make sure you screw the chair once it’s sitting on the hydraulic pump.

Bought this for lashing clients and it is beautiful, sturdy, and comfortable. Had some minor issues with a part that arrived damaged and the seller immediately responded to my message and shipped out replacement part at no additional cost to me. Highly recommend this bed and seller!

First off the directions are terrible. It looks like my 5 year old drew the directions. Secondly, the chair is wobbly because it sits entirely on a single 1.5” post. Lastly, the head rest should be called a “Shoulder rest”…it is short. Highly disappointed for a $500+ chair.

It was missing some pieces and a couple of the holes where screws needed to go, were incorrectly made so I had to pay someone to drill holes in the correct area and also buy similar if the missing parts to put together. Oh, it doesn’t come with an instruction manual. The 1 piece of paper with pictures of all the pieces is all that is provided. Thank goodness I had an engineer put it together since he had to figure it out on his own. I would NEVER buy this again. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Do Not Buy!!!

If you have a wellness center that includes aesthetics, this is the bed to get. More bang for the dollar than any other and patients say it is extremely comfortable. I received the bed in less than 6 days and am very satisfied with the purchase and follow up. I would highly recommend to others.

Nor easy to assemble but doable and I needed a second person to help me attach the bed to the base.I worry if the client is not dead center that the bed might tilt either direction. I worry that heavy set clients may tilt the bed and cause the to fall. My fear!It is a pretty piece of furniture. I did add some sponge to make it softer for the clients. I did not expect sturdiness and luxury. I love the fact that I was able to afford this to get a start on my new business!
