This was the only missing piece from my gym bag. Although I ordered Reg\Large for my 6.2-inch wrist (should've ordered small), the regular size sits well on my wrist at maximum stretch. Recommend to buy this according to the sizing chart.In terms of quality, this strap is awesome. I have been using straps for a long time but the grip that these provide is very different. You can feel the difference when you do deadlifts, where the straps just choke your wrists. These straps are easy to put on and get started.
