Dilbert on Leadership. A Lesson for Us All.
Dilbert;Don't Step in Leadership Paperback published on 23rd April 1999 is yet another terrific collection of Dilbert cartoons by Scott Adams. You can like many of these brilliant collections pick up good second hand copies for pennies (just like I have). The Leadership in question is clearly shown on the cover. As an ex office worker who escaped I can imagine that many office workers will agree and say all too true sadly.Since 1989 Scott Adams has delighted us with his Dilbert set of cartoons.Often the only way to read Dilbert cartoons ,for most of us, is to read these cartoons is to buy one of these collections. In Dilberts mad world and weird politics of the office which although alien to most people, well normal people at that, but to the savvy overworked and under appreciated office workers managed, if that can be the right word, all too very true.Led by Leadership(Ha) that would not be able to blow wind and chew gum at the same time.Dilbert and his co workers are survivors who thrive in a sea of madness which is an inspiration to us all.Totally recommended to read in one go or dip into in the smallest room in the house.

what leadership ?
Dilbert is always good and there are some real pearls of dysfunctional office wisdom in this collection but don't expect an exclusively leadership themed set of strips. About 20% are leadership related but the rest are general office situations.

Too close to reality for comfort!
Despite a limited group of characters and settings, Scott Adams continues to find funny situations for his characters. Once again, over one hundred pages full of Dilbert cartoons and the bunch of characters that we all know so well.Dilbert and his co-workers continue to fight their battle against pointy haired bosses, Dogbert and Catbert. My personal favourite in this collection is Dilbert's discovery that the Moon is populated by the women who love engineers but really, the whole collection is great. These cartoons age very well compared to some strips in the newspapers and they certianly stand several readings. Highly recommended.
