Bought for Osso bucco, changed course the morning of. Went with veal stew, cooked for four hours in crock pot with all the usual suspects and a med/high end Cabernet. INSANE GOOD!!!! BEST I'VE EVER HAD!!. BUYING MORE TO DO AGAIN!!! SOOOOOOO TENDER AND FULL OF FLAVOR!!Can't wait to do the prime rib, but this was off the hook/bring your in-laws over to impress!
