Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir 17234 Triple Tier Filled Pencil Case, Contents 44 Pieces

I bought this pencil case in August but did not give it to my granddaughter until September as a starting back to school present. The quality of the actual pencil case is not good. The lining is coming away in several places showing the card underneath. The company that sell it Clondo have just replied to my complaint saying ' these products for children do not have a guarantee of us. The goods sold have to be fit for purpose and I do not consider a pencil case that has been used for only 2 months by a fairly careful 7 year old fit for purpose. Shame on you Clondo for dodging your responsibility.

Daughter has enjoyed this set, I personally feel not the best quality, picture on pencil case was a bit faded.
