The potential for this software may have been very good back in 2016 (when it was released) but it is dated and near useless for today's needs.You will have access to a toll-free number for customer support but once called, that will direct you back to sending an email and waiting a few days for a reply.Look for something better because this fails to accomplish its promises.

Able to donate old computer and feel safe
It took five days to fully scrub my computer at the highest level. Felt safe donating the computer after that.

It doesn't work
Not user friendly at all. The incinerator doesn't incinerate the documents. I contacted the support department at the beginning of December 2018 and I still have not received an email from them.

Did Not Work for Us
We tried Drive Scrubber on two different PC's -- an older XP and a more recent Windows 10 model. The software did install correctly, but then would not function when started. We tried making both a CD boot disk and a bootable USB drive, following the directions and screen prompts. Nothing worked -- it just sat there, doing nothing. Very frustrating! So we gave up on it.
