O produto não limpa conforme demonstrado no anúncio. Fica as marcas de onde ele passa, fora que não consigo comprar a solução de limpeza original exigida pra não perder a garantia do equipamento. Já tentei a compra duas vezes da solução e ela foi cancelada. Tentei fazer a devolução, pague mais de 4 mil no produto e o reembolso é cerca da metade do valor pago. Teria tido muito mais sucesso se fosse um robô aspirador. E agora nem trocar eu consigo.
