The best tool bag
The toughbuilt tool bags are the very best that I have ever seen. They are extremely durable and the massive mouth opens wide so you can find tools at the bottom of a full bag.

Nice case, but misleading advertising
I love this case. I got a small 12x7 case as a gift and had been using that for my drill and cases of screws, etc, instead of having to juggle everything. Toolboxes are an obvious solution, of course, but working on stairs and many tight areas is wasn't practical to have the lid open taking up more space. I searched around and tested out bags and this was the best one for my needs. Fits my drill, numerous boxes of fasteners, and all the general tools I may need (separate cases for specialty tools like plumbing, electrical, etc... this case isn't THAT big). But that's beside the point. The case material is sturdy and much nicer than those I found at Lowes and Menards, and has four pockets on the outside, handles that band together when it's zipped closed, a strap with a clasp on the end to keep keys, etc, and two hooks in case you want to add a shoulder strap. I personally have to have a should strap because I pack the case based on it being open, which increases the usable space greatly.Inside the case there are eight pockets. Attached to each pocket are two or four elastic bands. Sure, they are nice for some things, but I don't really use them, and they aren't practical if you have a lot of tools or containers inside. These bands are included in the count of 38 pockets. There are actually only 12 pockets. Sorry ToughBuilt. Elastic bands are just bands, they are in no way pockets. That's misleading. The sides are kept in shape by two sturdy and rigid flaps that velcro securely upright. If you want to fold the bag down further, or like a previous reviewer said, you have longer tools like pliers or screwdrivers in the inner pockets, you can put these flaps down and the sides of the bag will not be kept at a 90 degree angle, allowing you to zip it shut a bit higher, but at an angle. The bag is great except for the bad and misleading advertising. I wish it had the mesh zippered pouches near the top like the 20 inch bag does, which would be great for keeping reciprocating saw blades, loose bits, or whatever. Also note, though it has hooks for a shoulder strap, a shoulder strap was not included. I grabbed one off an old duffle bag. If nothing, go to a thrift store, find an old ugly laptop case with a nice sturdy strap, and buy it for a dollar or two just for the strap. If you don't want the case, just take off the strap and walk the case right back to the donation door.If you need a lot of tools, or want to keep some small bags inside for separation, or plan to keep multiple power tools inside, I'd spring for the 20 inch bag. But if you're like me and you prefer the bag just stays open unless you're leaving the usual project site to help a buddy out or something, this one has more than enough space! While I do not recommend this for a typical use, it's worth noting that while the case seems small by numbers, my two year old climbed in and I was able to completely zip it with him in there comfortably. He thought it was fun, which is a plus. I feel a bag of lesser materials or that actually DID have 38 pockets may have been an unsatisfactory experience for him, and may have resulted in life long trauma. So if you need a bag to cart your two year old around the workplace in, or to smuggle a child worker out of a factory, this is the bag for you!

Opens up wide
Did like that there’s no strap to carry it with. Just used the one from my last tool bag. This baby does open wide, I like it. I can throw my hacksaw in there and can still close the wide mouth with the zipper. I like it. Durable. Yellow so I know where it’s at.

Good product
Nice wide opening. Appears to be well built. Only complaint is you need 2 hands to close zipper.

Value for money is well worth it!
Everything is as described and I used it for carrying stuff on bike. Works well. Just the zipper got stuck in one place. Minor problem only. Overall, very good especially the price.

Stays open!
It stays open so you can see the tools you have in there. Pockets maybe could be a little bigger.
