How long is this vw bus?

From bumper to bumper the bus is 11 inches long after it has been assembled. I hope that helps.

Does it include a instruction to build the van?

Instructions? And how! Two whole books come with the set. I followed the instructions step-by-step and ended up with some spare parts. I think they might include a few extra small pieces in case they get lost in the carpet. They instructions are easy to follow.
