This is my second New Bee headset. I bought my first one 3 years ago.The battery life is unparallelled, I charge only once every 3-4 days, and use the headset about 4 hours a day..Sound is decent, as is noise control, especially for a budget headset My first one had a glitch when connecting, had to turny bluetooth off and on again to connect noatter android, iphone or pc. There is no such issue with my new oneAlso improved is the usb-c power connection, it was a micro usb in my old one.Can't say enough about this little gem, but you wont be sorry you got it!

I have had several bluetooth headsets, and almost all have not fit my ear well, and some have tended to fall off too easily. Or the sound has not been loud enough, for me anyway. This one is great. It fits perfectly, cannot get knocked off, and the sound is perfect. So I bought another to have a backup in case I forget where I put one. Really recommend it.

I purchased this earpiece for working to remain hands free while I take calls and also an occasional podcast or even music. The sound quality isn't great for all uses and did perform great for calls while not so great for music. But due to it having a good battery life and pretty good durability considering I worked in construction with sweat getting on it and all kinds of saw dust etc., I think it was well worth the money and was a better option than an expensive ear bud. Seems like a cheap Chinese company by the name of it but actually has been a pretty good option for the two years that i have been moderately using it (about two calls daily). I like that it came with a case and extra ear silicone pieces. Most importantly I liked that is swivels so it can be used on either ear no problem with just turning around the piece that goes around your ear. So it can be used ambidextrously.

My only dislike is; this earpiece doesn't say how much talk time it has whenever its turned on. Like how Plantronics would say. Given the price, that maybe would be too much. Other than that, all the other factors to this earpiece are good. It comes in a very nice little protective case, Sound quality is good, easy pairing, nicely styled and a whopping 24hrs talk time. That's a hell of a lot of talk time. Average earpiece on the market is 7 or 10hrs. Personally I'm willing to not complain about the one downside of this earpiece, because what it delivers for this measly 16 plus dollars is very competitive. I've owned a few Plantronics in the past but for some reason they have gotten expensive. (Even though they are good) I've bought a Plantronics 500 series for my wifey, and that's ok.I'm happy with what I'm getting from this Newbee earpiece and i certainly don't miss Plantronics. I bought 2 where i interchange them whenever one dies. Would i recommend Newbee? Hell Yes!

I got this wireless Bluetooth earpiece primarily because it’s compatible with Vocera, and in that regard, it works perfectly. The connection is stable, the sound quality is clear, battery life is outstanding, and it integrates seamlessly with my workflow.However, there’s one major downside—pressing on the earpiece to adjust it also answers or disconnects calls. This has led to multiple accidental hang-ups, which can be really frustrating, especially during busy shifts and important conversations. A slight design tweak, like requiring a double press to answer/hang up, or just putting the button somewhere else, would make this a five-star product. If you rarely need to adjust your earpiece, it’s a great choice. But if you do, be prepared for some accidental hang ups!

It’s cheap so I didn’t expect much but the volume sucks it sounds muffled but it works for right now

The media could not be loaded. I loved this headset so much I actually bought a second one as backup in case something happens to the first one! It's lightweight, easy to use, comes with extra earbuds (2), two types of ear hooks, a nice carrying case, and has a FANTASTIC battery life! I use it a lot to listen to videos and podcasts while I'm working, and I do not have a to charge it during the day, like my old headset. In fact, I don't even charge it every night. I can often go two or even three days without charging.I run a parrot rescue and have two phones to answer - mine and the phone for the rescue. I have my headset on from morning until night, and this one is so lightweight and comfortable I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. It also has great range. I can go anywhere in the building and it stays connected even if I set my phone down and walk away. Easily double the range of my old headset. HIGHLY recommend! - Dee

I'm very picky with earpieces. I had one that was discontinued, and it finally broke. I went through several trying to find one that felt as comfortable as my original. This one is very comfortable, it's not bulky, It's lightweight and fits nice. I have noticed it is a little tinny sounding on phone calls. The other people can hear me just fine with no issues, but they sound a little tinny. The music function works perfect, nice and clear and loud. I did decide to keep it and use it as my daily earpiece. It charges pretty fast and does hold a charge as well, for a while. I would recommend it and the price was very good.
