Very comfortable, easy set up, came with handy tool (star wrench?) to tighten screws. Once I discovered 'waterfall' seats, the kind with a curved front so as not to put pressure on the back of your leg, that was a condition for my chair shopping. Admittedly I bought this great chair because it was affordable, but I really scored. The cushion is plush, the whole chair is bigger than the junker I had and I was glad it had raisable arms in case it wouldn't fit all the way under my desk, but it isn't too big at all slides up under desk even with arms down, and doesn't crowd my tiny office in the slightest. When we began assembly, we didn't notice right away that it came with instructions that were under the seat, but it wasn't hard to assemble anyway. This is a great chair. The handy pocket behind the back is another plus.

This is the third Sweet crispy chair I have purchased of this particular style. I haven't bought the other two as replacements, but because these chairs are so good for the price - it's the first one I look at when I need another chair; and ultimately it is a great choice for the price. The hardware package is neatly labeled, and the instructions are fool proof. Assembly couldn't be easier because everything is clearly laid out. You even get an allen wrench with a handle that is easy on the hands. This chair is very ergonomic and adjustable. The cushion is comfortable even for long hours of sitting, and the fold up arms are great for storing under desk or just putting them out of the way if you need to. My first one I bought is still going strong after three years of regular use. The frame is sturdy and the wheels roll freely on hard surfaces, I don't know about carpet, but I have used one on a low pile area rug and it was great, Really you can't go wrong with this chair if you are on a budget, or if you just want a good chair - period.

Over the years I bought many office chairs and by far this was the easiest to put together. It probably took me longer to take all the parts out of the box and unwrap them all than it did to assemble. Anyone worried about this can rest assured they've done an exceptional job and making it very easy. I've only had this chair a short period of time so I can't speak to durability but it seems very stable and looks nice. In the situation I'm using it for it is a big plus that the arms can be raised and the chair pushed all the way into the desk. Previously I had a chair in there that did not have that option and it was very inconvenient and took up a lot of extra space. This chair also has the option to put files in the back of it which I thought I would never use but I found myself Utilizing it after the first time I actually use the chair. The picture is very comfortable to sit in although I seldom sit more than an hour in that chair at a time.

Assembled chair in about 30 minutes. Instructions are pretty clear and I appreciated the sturdy hardware and the added thread lock compound put on the threads to prevent them from loosening. Have never seen thread lock on a consumer item before. A nice touch.Also the assembly tool supplied was well made and made assembly much easier. In my opinion it's a fairly well made chair for the price. The seat padding could have been increased and is why I didn't give 5 stars. The back of the chair tilts well. The arm rests fold easily. Chair rolls well.Seems wide enough for my 185 lb. frame. Handle to raise works well and just push it in to lock in position.

It took me roughly an hour to build this chair while going very slowly, watching a YouTube video in the background. All instructions were clear, and all tools were provided. Chair is fairly comfortable but I tend to sit towards the edge of my seat so that makes me a bit specific for my needs. The only real complaint I have is that the casters feel a bit off, but they may just need breaking in. This chair was well worth the $50 I paid for it. I built the chair on 5/17/2026, and will update this review if I have any issues in the future.

Desk chairs are notorious for being expensive, so I was skeptical when initially looking to purchase this. But after doing research and reading the reviews, I decided to finally get it. First off, it was easy to put together. The instructions were very clear, and no parts were missing when the chair arrived. I was able to put it together in about an hour or so. I love the breathable mesh back--great for when it's hot during the summer! The chair is a lovely, light grey and looks great in my apartment. It's easily adjustable for the perfect height and incredibly sturdy and quiet. I love that it has armrests that can be moved up to tuck it under a desk, if needed, or simply moved out of the way. The mesh backing also has a little pocket in the back for documents or something small to hold. The cushion is very comfortable--I never feel sore or uncomfortable after a long day of work at my desk. It rolls around easily and quietly along the floor and is very stable. I can even lean back comfortably in my chair without feeling as though I will fall over. Overall, a great investment! I would buy this chair again, if I needed to!

Chair is very comfortable and of quality. It was very easy to put together, the instructions were well explained. The cushion is wonderful for extended periods of sitting. Since the arms lifted up, it is very easy to get in or out of.
