Doesn’t matter if the controllers are wired or Bluetooth they will not stay connected at all it does not work and Amazon says they will not refund you for this item I’ve literally had it two days I tried to set it up the controller wouldn’t stay connected not even on usb and then we did all the suggested troubleshooting steps and it still doesn’t work at all point we got accounts set up but can’t play a single game cuz no matter what we do the controller disconnects it’s also super super slow

I’m old school so this system has been part of my life for years I’m glad I can still find a quality game system

Was a little scratched, not much but definitely could see scratches. Remotes don't fit snug and secure into the charging dock, hopefully this won't become an issue. At the moment all pieces function and work. Took a star off for the loose fitting remotes because I feel confident that will turn into a problem. Otherwise all works and runs for my 10 year old son. I am not tech savvy, so if your just taking a shot in the dark like me, it works fine.

Sadly i hate that we had this experience. I bought my kids this beginning of December and last month it made a pop sound after just being turned on and smells like smoke. I practically paid almost 300 for Junk. I understand policy's have to be held. However, I wanted to let others know this may be the type of product your buying. I will not be buying from this company again. They couldnt and/or wouldnt make it right. So I will be going somewhere else. Thanks for reading.
