I sent this book to my son-in-law for his birthday. He's a golfer and he told me he really enjoyed reading the book. He said he got several good laughs from reading it.

I bought this for my father-in-law (at 90, the thing he misses most is his golfing). The occupational therapist read him the chicken soup for golfers, thought he might enjoy this one with stories by and about some of the great golfers

These stories were cute and worth reading and sharing with other golfers and non-golfers!

I gave this as a Christmas gift and he was so interested in it that he had trouble putting it down to open his other gifts. He did finish reading it on Christmas day and has read it once more since. It's loaned out right now. Filled with both funny as well as interesting stories!

I enjoyed the book and there was the occasional chuckle but given that the "anecdotes" were seldom more than a few sentences, this is isn't the kind of book you're likely to remember with much clarity. Read it if you need a break from something heavy but don't expect to learn much new about the pros in it.

Gave this to my hubby to take on a golf trip and he said he & fellow golfers liked it...no raves but did enjoy it.

i enjoyed reading quips by legendary golfers and the situations they would find themselves in. a good deal! a required minimum number of words on a review is dumb! sorry amazon but one of the things i don't like about your service.

A good (e)book when you have a few minutes to spare, as each entry is no longer than a page. Some are funny,others less so, but a worthy read none the less.

Somke funny most not. Not a great insight into the personalities, and some of the quotes could well have been heard many times before from others

Each one is short and easy to retell if looking to include in a speech or can be adapted as need. Amusing but not very long.

Cant really review as it was a gift but it arrived on time not damaged and the person it was for appeared to enjoy it.
