This is my 3rd purchase. Having no broadband its perfect for me, can stream netflix, prime etc and use of phone. The previous ones have lasted the full 18 months. Just pop it into the back of the tp link router and works instantly. I think location does affect strength. I'm very pleased. Thank you!

We always have an issue with accessing the internet when we go away. Be that at a campsite (Haven) or in a hotel. Well, the answer was two-fold; first of all, I sourced a very powerful EE 7G sim router tower. I tried this with this preloaded seem and the results were amazing. I will give a review of the router separately. This sim comes preloaded with unlinted data usage. This is an extremely good deal because there are four of us, and the usage over a two-week break can run quite high. The speeds are always good, and the coverage is exceptional. We have bought three of these on separate occasions and have never been left wanting.

Don't trust these products or this company. If you buy a long-term internet, they can stop it any time. No refund, no internet, no replacement. The customer service is terrible, just wasting of the time. They never answer on the same day, you have to wait one or two. You can read the all chatting on below. They have escalated the problem to their technical support team, who have indicated it may take up to 5 working days to resolve. We appreciate this is not a realistic answer to provide you with, so what we will do is send out another sim for you to use to replace the previous sim. Please dispose of the current sim. Scancom: (17 Jan 2025, 12:00 GMT) Upon further investigation, these are both only short-term sims and there has been a breach of the fair usage policy. As all the data has been consumed in a short period of time we are not able to refund or replace.

Works well in my router super fast great if you live in a rural location without the landline

This is the second EE data sim we have purchased and this one was as easy as the previous one to setup. Simply popped into our router and a few minutes later we were up and running. I find that EE has the best coverage compared to others we have tried.

The SIM card came in a parcel that I ordered from a different supplier so this was very confusing. I originally thought they had forgotten to send me the actual SIM card, as it didn’t come together with the 30-day roll on subscription card. Anyway, after I decided to use the only SIM card I had, it turned out it was the SIM card intended… I inserted in my 5G smart hub and I was able to connect to the Internet after I paid the monthly subscription. It was done the same day, so Kudos to these guys on that. So far so good, the 5G connection is very fast and pretty reliable. Time will tell, but as things stand, I’m happy with my purchase.

This is my 4th pre-loaded SIM from Scancom. EE 5G coverage in our villages is excellent, the other networks only have 4G. The SIMs are used for remote house monitoring and work perfectly. One router needed a minor setting change that Scancom support helped with by prompt email exchanges.
