Great machine at an incredible price!
Brilliant device, can't believe it works so well at this price. We only use the vacuum function and it works incredibly well. Highly recommended!

The Best Vacuum I’ve Found
I’ve spent a long time looking for the right vacuum for my 2-bed flat, which has rugs, carpeted bedrooms, and hardwood floors throughout. After loads of research, both with AI and manually watching endless review videos, I landed on this one and it’s spot on. I was moving on from the Neato D7, which had a D-shape and a large roller brush that I absolutely loved. But since Neato shut down and support vanished, I had to find an alternative. I was worried this wouldn’t pick up as well on carpets, but it’s actually just as good, maybe better. The dual rubber roller brushes do an excellent job of pulling lint and deep-set dirt out of the carpet. The app is also brilliant, easy to use and mapping worked without a hitch. The only weak point is the mop function. But since this vacuum costs less than others and does a far better job at vacuuming, I just treat the mop as a free extra. I’ll probably never use it, but it’s nice to have.

Beware mop doesn’t lift high up
I got this after previously having an inertia mapping type robot vac that had to go back as it was not very good. This one with its lidar mapping though is completely different and far superior. The only issue I had is the mop function not working in our situation as we have fairly thick carpet everywhere apart from the kitchen. Unfortunately with the mop fitted the vac is unable to cross the carpet to the kitchen as it drags. I believe the next model up from this can lift the mop higher but this one it can’t. The fuss of removing and fitting the mop pad etc for me is not worth it and far easier to just have this vacuum the kitchen and then later on I can mop it quickly if needed. Mapping is very quick and accurate with the app showing you everything as it goes. The app allows you to fine tune the map for areas to avoid or divide rooms up if needed. I found i needed very little tweaking as it does learn areas to avoid if it gets stuck. It got stuck a few times initially but since then it’s been working every day just fine. The ability to set the power level and vacuum pattern per room is handy if you have pets and different carpet types as some hold pet hair worse than others. The multiple map feature is great -I mapped upstairs and then I’ve taken to chucking it upstairs and setting it off whenever I feel it needs doing. It’s best to keep the floor clear but even if you don’t it will work around what ever is in the way. I do like the fact that with the map loaded it still compares it to what’s around it so any changes and it will add them if needed. It sets off and maps the room perimeter then starts to vacuum it but unlike my old one it doesn’t rely on its bump sensors to tell it that it’s reached an edge running along and bashing into everything so it’s much gentler and quiet as it goes. One thing to remember is if you set up schedule, say to clean downstairs every day at 10am but have forgotten to set the map back to downstairs after you put it upstairs to clean and then brought it back down again to charge. It will think it’s upstairs and so ignore the schedule! Other than this it’s brilliant I let it run every day and haven’t had to hoover since. Of course you do still need a normal hoover for the stairs and bits it can’t reach.

Wood floor killer! Beware read on...
Ok first the good, it's quick and does a great job mapping the house and the app is fairly strait forward and it's well built tbh Now all the bad points, the bladed rollers destroyed the top layer of my bamboo floor, the intake hole is too small and blocks with any pet hair, the tank is way too small will do 3 rooms on fast flow and 4 on slow flow, slow flow is barely wetting the floor, it's big so won't go between our chair legs or under the dining table, it has no remote so app only or Alexa, it gets filthy as it sucks up it's own water from the floor and blocks and cakes the dustbin with hard to remove scuz, it does not mop to the edge it leaves a 3 inch gap, it has one brush so misses stuff, it leaves clumps of matter on rugs that get rolled over by the mop, water gets trapped under the mat it docks on supposedly to save water getting on the floor, you can't use detergent, and it's loud, I really wanted to love this one but went back to the old okp K3 simple cheap one we had tha just does it better for us, if you have wood floors avoid or your joints are gonna swell and be stripped of any pattern

Best use of AI yet.
Best present I ever bought myself. It hoovers my floor better than my old Henry and not too noisy either. I actually find it quite a comforting sound knowing it’s cleaning for me 😆 If a £140 robot vac is this good I’d love to see what the £1000 ones can do! Hope it’s lasts as it’s only day two. Was easy to set up. I’ll share vid to show the dust it’s picked up in two days 😬

As Stacey would say… LUUUSH x
I don’t usually write reviews this soon after getting something, but honestly… I had to with this because I am absolutely blown away. I got it delivered today, and I’m already in love. Like genuinely impressed and I’m so picky with tech, although it is my first robot vacuum! I’ve wanted one of these robot vacuums for so long, but I was living in a tiny flat and didn’t have the space for it to be worthwhile or the money. I bought my first house last year, and now that I’ve got the room, I decided to treat myself. Best decision I’ve made in ages. I was working when it arrived and thought, “Great, this is going to take ages to set up and map the house.” Nope, how bloody wrong was I. It literally mapped my entire downstairs in under 10 minutes. I was not expecting it to be that quick or that easy (it also cleaned whilst it did this). It just knew what to do straight out of the box, and setup was super straightforward. Downloaded the app, scanned the QR code on it, connected to WiFi, off he went! No faff at all. Now, the vacuuming function? Bloody brilliant. You can even choose how powerful the suction which is a really handy feature. I sent it around my living room twice on the standard setting, and even though I’d already hoovered and mopped yesterday, it still made the place noticeably cleaner. You can actually see the difference (it also picked up quite a decent amount of fur). That’s when I realised this wasn’t just a novelty. The mop is… decent. It’s not going to replace a proper deep clean, but for day-to-day mopping and touch ups, it does the trick really well. Exactly what you’d expect from a robot mop, nothing fancy but definitely helpful for the price! After work, I took it upstairs, and again, it mapped the space in no time. It recognised it was in a different area and just got on with it. It didn’t fall down the stairs either, which was a huge relief - it went near the edge to hoover but not enough to fall. I’ve got hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs, and it handled both with no problem at all. It even managed to clean along the edges better than I thought it would, considering the shape of it. Picked up loads, even though everything looked clean already. The cat is currently not a fan, but I’m sure she will come around. We haven’t named the robot yet, but it’s definitely part of this household now, he’s living under our nest of tables… the Hoover Hut🛖 On a personal note, I have health issue, and housework can be overwhelming at times (I’m not a tramp tho promise lol). This robot is going to be an absolute game changer. Being able to schedule it, automate it, and just let it do its thing without having to stress about it is honestly such a relief especially if you’re a lazy git like me. I’ve connected it to my Alexa and set it to do a full clean twice a day, although I will probably adjust that to every other day once we see how it goes. All in all, if you’re even remotely considering getting one, just do it. Honestly it is fast, efficient, quiet, smart, and genuinely helpful. I’ve never felt this positive about a gadget in my home. Solid 10/10 from me! On a side note, I will update this in 3 months. 6 MONTH UPDATE: She now has a name - ✨Consuela✨ (how original, right). The good news is that she is still up and running perfectly; she’s actually covered 4952sqm over 118h since I wrote this. We have it on a fixed schedule which works perfectly. It’s since been integrated into Home Assistant and works with our existing automations too. Bad news: Hetty hasn’t been used for a while besides for the stairs because this does such a good job with everywhere else. Our cat still hates Consuela, but we’re getting there. She’s been getting free lifts around the house, so it’s growing on her🙏 Anyway if you were gonna get one, this is my own experience. I have no regrets, and it’s probably one of the best purchases I’ve made to date.

Robust and efficient Mountain Climber (one way)
A great robo-vac. Cleans 150sq ft of flat (6 rooms) in one shift and always makes it to its charger. Cleans in a systematic and thorough pattern. * Cleans carpets very very well * Needs the mop functionality to do such a good job on hardwood floors (does a very decent sweep, no bits left behind, but does leave what seems like a very fine layer of dust without the mop) - the mop does work well. * It won't quite get in absolutely all of the corners, but I'm used to that with others I've had and just do a v quick brush before it starts It does get stuck in just one particular place... It's big chunky wheels mean it can climb over a 1-inch square metal bed-base and then clean beneath the bed (great!), but 3 times out of 5 it can't climb back over it (it has a cunning technique of turning slightly sidewards to make the attempt, but 3/5 it can't quite manage the feat - I'm always a little sad for it when it's still sat there bleeping when I get in from work!) Overall, can't fault it. Robust, efficient, great cleaning power and makes short work of 150-sq-ft which takes it "around an hour". Highly recommended.
