ETA COHEN VIOLIN METHOD BOOK 4 STUDENT'S BOOK VLN

Very pleased with this book although I didn't like the idea of paying for the separate piano part which I didn't want. Just wonder whether it is possible to buy this Book 4 on its own which would obviously be a lot cheaper.
