My husband and I BOTH use this on a daily basis. We both have very tight neck and shoulders and he has bad knees and lower back pain. He works a very demanding job with a lot of heavy lifting and he uses this every morning and it helps him get through the day and every night after he showers once he gets home from work. We usually buy several bottles at a time because we don't want to run out. I like how it just rubs on and you don't have to get it all over your hands and it absorbs quickly. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a bigger bottle.

Works well especially if rotated with other arthritis relieving products such as arnica.
