The fit is comfortable, even all day! The sound quality is great. Everyone hears me clearly. The switching between my laptop and phone works every time. I highly recommend this headset over any ear buds or headsets for phone calls, virtual meetings, or listening to podcasts. This headset is not going to give great sound quality for music. The battery lasts all day and then some for me. It is a quality build as well. I think it is a great value for the money.

I've been using this headset with the included USB receiver on my Windows work PC, which usually stays powered on overnight. In my experience, the USB receiver doesn't always reconnect automatically the next day. I often need to press the pairing button on the receiver before the headset reconnects, and occasionally I have to unplug and reinsert the USB receiver to get it working again. I'm not sure whether this is related to the receiver, the headset, or Windows power management, but it has happened consistently in my setup. As for comfort, it's acceptable for short meetings, but after wearing it for more than two hours I start to feel some discomfort. The weight also seems slightly rear-biased, making it less comfortable during extended use. Overall, the audio quality is fine, but the connection reliability and long-term comfort could be improved.

This is the second headset open ear behind the neck w/mic that purchased to use for work replacing my Jabra which is over the head. The first one also had a great sound, but a poor mic, but it was also a fraction of the price. One great thing about it fit around my ear perfectly. Now, the Oleap sounds great too, and I received reasonable feedback on the mic for my meeting. However, the design fell short big time for me. I am not sure if the picture shows clear enough, but I don't who would have an ear that small to fit comfortably. I am 5'8" with a reasonably small head, and it still doesn't feel right, hence the 3 stars.

These are the best headsets you can get. Sound quality is excellent. The fact that you can connect to two devices at the same time is awesome. Yes, they are on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for!! This is the second set I've had. The first set lasted for almost two years before they wouldn't take a charge. Great value for the money!!

I ordered a replacement for my original order and both have the exact same problem, the mic doesn't work. I've tried 2 laptops, one Linux and one Windows 11, and the mic won't respond on either of them with either headset using the USB-C dongle. It seems as though it's a design issue as opposed to being a problem with the device itself. The headset is comfortable and feels really nice. It would be great if I could get it to work but if I can't I'll have to return it.

I’m a loan officer and I needed a headset to cancel the loud office environment so my clients can’t hear the music and people chattering. I put these to the test and my clients and hear NOTHING! Sound and hearing quality is 10/10. Bought a few headphones to compare and these were the winner. They’re very light the fit is a bit unorthodox but you get used to it.

Decent audio quality but not anything special. The same goes for noise cancelling as typing on mechanical keyboard is clearly audible. Could not get app working but as it works as ordinary USB microphone I am generally satisfied.

Tried 3 different brands and found this to cancel noise the best. I typically work remotely in cafes and no one in my meetings hears the background noise at all.

Previously owned a P100 version of the headset, worked well until it got damaged, this version barely lasted 3 months, getting auditory buzzing, now getting complaints of robotic sounds from people on the other end of calls. Headset set was supposed to be replaced however no replacement was ever sent. Very poor customer service, emails were sent but poor follow-up

Was falling apart upon arrival. The rubber was sticky and melting and peeling. Worst part is I had to pay $30 for return shipping for a damaged product and was refunded $3.
