Garage Sale Mystery: Collection Three

Love this one too . It's the same as the rest they're great too watch.

This series is still interesting to watch for us. The stories on this disk seem just slightly darker in subject matter, in my opinion, but yet how a murder was done isn't shown in much detail, thankfully. I wish there would be a larger net of suspects with great motive - but writing a good story isn't all that simple. Jenn keeps to her promise to let others know where she is going - yet always seems to get into some sort of peril. (Give the woman a panic button - not just her cell phone!) Nothing much is carried over from prior stories ( like the storage unit items or the other whole store given to her to consign...) - just a mention of a past solving a situation with blood in the pocket of a wedding dress. Dani is a such a great character... with her (too true) dating experiences and class reunions. Too funny. I love her wonderful quirkiness.I like the odd and funny coroner character, though he doesn't seem to run the proper tests in an autopsy ( or have the other bodies in the morgue under any refrigeration for that matter...) - similar to the police never doing a thorough crime scene investigation for fingerprints or other clues... Jen has the only real smarts in this series... (so just go with it. )Also as an aside - why don't the movie prop people EVER put actual liquid in the to-go coffee cups?! They are always too light and just swung around by the characters -which you would never do with actually something (and hot) in the cup! ( OK... I am better now. )Some stories on this set were a 'back up- and watch again' just to get who is who in the story. Two stories have very similar situations/ motives ...( but that might just be my being a little better armchair sleuth as the series progresses... wink.)Bottom line - still a good series to watch. Still clean. No profanity, sex or sensuality. (Hubby wears a t-shirt and pants and Jen her silk pj's to bed.) Still a lighter murder mystery that I would rate as 'PG'... but a bit darker subject matter (like on the line of the stories 'The Blue Train' or 'Elephants Can Remember' of the David Suchet Poirot) ... yet any murder is still murder.

I'm glad to see the Garage Sale Mysteries again. I like that each movie is its own DVD. But the second movie we watched has a couple of hangups (stalls). I'm not sure how the other two movies will be. I hope they're good.

The s-i-x, available, offerings of the "Garage Sale Mystery" movies (12 movies [on 12, separate, discs]) are VERY entertaining. I advise anyone worried about the compatibility of these Australian [Area-code 4] discs NOT to worry. They SAY "4", but are actually playable on an American A/1 disc-player. That is all I have to say other than only the last two titles only have ONE disc. The first 4 collections have 3, or, 4 discs, each.Highly recommended by THIS mystery-fan, and Amazon-buyer/reviewer.

Love love love these mystery’s!!! They are cute, predictable, fun, humorous...awesome actors with great acting skills!!! I bought all that were available...I read that Lori Loughlin had made a 16th Garage Mystery and was filming a 17th one when the College “scandal” took place...Hallmark needs to release the 16th Garage Mystery to Amazon so we all can enjoy it!!! She’s a wonderful actress and Hallmark should forgive her!!! She has an incredible talent!♥️

Hallmark makes some of the most beautiful films. I love this series & am just starting on the 4th collection. I hope they make more. I'd scoop them up in a second.

These are nice that they aren’t gory. I’ve enjoyed these. A shame these won’t air anymore 😢

I have all the seasons of Garage Sales Mysteries. The plots are interesting, the characters are well-acted and all likeable, and the direction, script and production of all these movies is first rate. Stories are on the lighter side, but all the plots are well-contrived, and there is very little violence, and no bad language or graphic sex at all. Makes fun viewing overall. Highly recommend for mystery murder lovers!

Garage Sale Mystery - It has all of the mystery and none of the gore.This the a wonderful murder mystery series, which is generally set around items that come into the store for sale. The items of course have former owners and, these former owners have incredibly human stories to tell.Thank you, I am so happy with the discs... after being held up by Covid-19 issues/delays etc., Although I could have been given more information as to exactly what was causing such a long delay. i.e., stuck on a plane, a train etc., I am very grateful I have all my discs now.... :-)))))))))) THANK YOU
