Feeling better already!
I have had low iron, low hemoglobin issues for several years. I was taking a recommended plant based iron for some time with hardly any improvement at all. I finally started to research on my own to find something to help me. I gave up on my doctor. I watched a bunch of videos and read a lot of information on low iron and anemia. I discovered Heme iron and the difference from plant based iron. I have been taking it along with vitamin c for two weeks now and I am feeling much better. No issues with constipation. I am also taking 1 ounce of cooked organic grass fed beef liver and drinking one cup of home made beef bone broth that I make with roasted beef bones every day. I was fortunate to find an organic beef supplier. This has made a world of difference for me. I have more energy and stamina, don’t feel weak and dizzy or as breathless as I was and I’m hoping to see improvement in my hair and nails soon. (Hair loss and bumpy nails are signs of iron deficiency). I would caution anyone to be sure they need this product before taking it. Taking too much iron can cause a whole pile of other problems.
