20 x Twinings English Breakfast Tea (Decaff) ~ Enveloped & Tagged Tea Bags

Twinings have changed the decaf process . It now involves Methylene Chloride whereas used to be Carbon Dioxide. Only found that out after I bought these bags. That info comes direct from the company. That is not good news. Bought because I was assuming that Carbon Dioxide was still involved. Won't be buying more due to that and not made up with the taste anyway. I just wonder how many customers are still consuming this tea not knowing the process now involves chemicals. Typical of big business trying to increase profit margins. I will try Clipper next as I believe they are still using Carbon Dioxide.

I had ordered this to go in to a Christmas hamper for my Father. The tea arrived loose with the box torn apart and on top of the tea bags! The teabags themselves are sealed so still drinkable, but this is not in the state I expected it to be, and as such useless for the purpose I intended to use it for. If you intend to deliver the box like this, it should be mentioned in your description.
