I recently purchased the Now Foods Sports Amino Complete Capsules on Amazon, and I am genuinely impressed with this supplement. The bottle contains 120 capsules, which provides a substantial supply that lasts well over a month, making it easy to maintain consistency in my supplementation routine. From the moment I received the product, I appreciated the clear labeling and professional packaging, which reflected the quality I’ve come to expect from Now Foods. What stands out most about this amino acid formula is its comprehensive profile. It includes a well-balanced blend of essential and non-essential amino acids designed to support muscle recovery, endurance, and overall performance. I have been using these capsules consistently for several weeks, primarily to aid in post-workout recovery and to support muscle growth, and I’ve noticed a definite improvement in how quickly my muscles recover and feel less sore after intense training sessions. The formula seems to work effectively without causing any digestive discomfort, which can sometimes be an issue with other supplements I’ve tried. I really wanted to like these. The price was great and it had so many great amino acids in it. Everytime I'd take all four, within an hour after that I get very sluggish, which is the opposite effect I'd receive when taking amino acids in the past. Usually it gives me a clear mind, focus, and a push to go to work out, but this doesn't do that. I did noticed that there is Tryptophan in this which is what you take at night to go to sleep. It is a good amino acid, but not sure I'd put sleeping amino acids in this and market it as a work out supplement. This also has Soy which isn’t healthy and one of the side effects of Soy is tiredness, so it’s mind boggling to me that products are still using it. It makes no sense and they should be more aware of its effects since they’re creating the product. I'll continue my search on looking for a decent bottle of essential amino acids that have a substantial amount per capsule that you can feel the difference. There just isn't enough in this to warrant taking it. Better off with powders. I would come back to this brand if they consider revamping it and changing the formula. Remove all of those Soy additives and Whey, remove tryptophan and any other amino acid that makes someone sleepy, then up the milligrams for all of the amino acids, and pack it into 1-2 pills, rather than 4. Then I'll consider coming back to this product.
