Set It Right, and It’s a Beast — A Huge Win for Daily Cleaning
First off: this vacuum is fantastic—but you really have to dig into the settings to unlock what it can do. I was specifically looking for a robot vacuum that doesn’t rely on mopping. I just wanted something that could consistently keep dust and debris under control throughout my apartment at different times of day—especially since I’ve had limited mobility following an injury a couple of years ago. The app is excellent—clean, intuitive—but there’s a learning curve. Once I found how to disable mopping and crank up the suction, everything changed. Yes, higher suction drains the battery faster, but the cleaning performance jumps significantly. On standard power it’s fine; on turbo, it really delivers. One feature I love is the dual 3-arm spinning brushes on either side. They do a great job pulling in dust, dirt, and anything tracked in—especially around entryways. Combined with the stronger suction, it leaves floors noticeably cleaner. Noise-wise, it’s comparable to other robot vacuums I’ve owned. The self-emptying base gets loud for about 30 seconds, but honestly, that’s a small price to pay for not having to deal with the mess yourself. It’s not excessive, and for me, it’s completely worth it. The navigation is solid. The LiDAR system does most of the mapping and guidance, while the recessed sensors help it avoid obstacles without getting scuffed or damaged—something I’ve seen happen with other brands like Roomba. It moves confidently and handles thresholds and door edges without any issues. The first full-apartment clean (during mapping) was honestly shocking—in a good way. When it returned to the base and emptied itself, it filled the container instantly. That alone showed me how much it was picking up that I couldn’t keep up with physically. I typically empty the base every 2–3 days now, and it’s been consistent and reliable. The build feels sturdy, and it handles my hardwood floors and area rugs with ease—without the strain that comes from using a traditional vacuum (which has been tough on my back post-surgery). As for mopping: it’s there if you want it. It comes with pads and a small water reservoir—probably good for light surface cleaning—but I personally don’t use that feature. My focus was vacuuming, and that’s where it shines. Bottom line: this vacuum has made a real difference in my day-to-day life. It’s powerful, customizable, and incredibly helpful if you want a hands-off way to keep your floors clean. I’m genuinely impressed—well done, Eureka.

Unreliable
This is a frustrating product. It disconnects from wifi frequently, has difficulty charging at the docking station, the app is clunky. Very high maintenence which is the opposite of our intent. It's programmed to run only after midnight in an empty recreation center that's about the size of a larger basement with lvp floors so not a demanding requirement. Disappointed that consumer reports recommended this.

Amazing great for pet hair.
Amazing love this. I got this to cut down on my cleaning because I have a yellow lab who sheds so much. This vacuum has been great very functional. After I discovered how to turn the suction up, it has had amazing cleaning ability. Takes up all the dog hair so well, I’m kind of amazed at what a great job it does.

Horrible warranty
I can not recommend this vacuum to anyone. I bought one in early December 2025. At time of this review it’s early April 2026. The front plastic wheel/caster wheel got flattened out. Called eureka customer service. Warranty was denied even though well within their warranty period. Reason was because, even I bought from an Amazon retailer, it wasn’t through them (Eureka) or another “authorized” vendor. Even though it’s their company’s product, shouldn’t have been denied since being a brand new product/unopened.
