CISCO AT&T Microcell Wireless Cell Signal Booster Tower Antenna (Renewed)

The mini wireless cell booster has worked very well for our application. We moved to a new building with limited cell service which can hamper business efficiency. Installed the booster and have service throughout our building.I would recommend the part.

I'm using huges net for internet. The microcell works for texting but calls are one sided. I can hear callers but callers can't hear me.

Requirements I did not meet: 1. Unable to access Global Position System because my router is not close to an outer wall window. 2. I have a prepaid not a postpaid cell phone. I could do something about #2, but not #1. Other requirements were AT&T U-verse, available port on router, computer access AT&T's website for activation, and an AT&T account. An AT&T agent told me that they have discontinued sales of new AT&T Microcells, but didn't say why. It appeared to be in working order so I gave it a 3 star.

We moved into an area that doesn’t get decent cell reception for some reason. I work from home so this was a problem! Anyway, I got tired enough of the dropped calls, talking and no one hearing, walking to a window to get another bar, etc and plunked down the money for this unit. When I received it, I connected to AT&T via a link for 3G so was skeptical. Also the coverage range is 1,500 square feet per the instructions so thought I’d have to walk around the house again for good reception as we have a very large home. The service took about a full day to kick in but after that the whole family has four bars from anywhere in the house and no dropped calls to speak of.

We live in a remote area. We got a Verizon microcell; however, I use AT&T. It was pathetic -- I could go hours without receiving calls or texts. ATT stopped offering this product and directing people to WiFi calling, but does not support WiFi calling for my phone. I was very pleased to find this device on Amazon. I bought it, installed it in my attic, and now have amazing AT&T service throughout my property. AT&T makes it very easy to install. I am very happy with this purchase.

I live far from cell towers and had horrible service from ATT. I tried the antennas that sell for about the same price as this item and was difficult to install and saw little improvement on my service. This was easy to set up and have a constant four to five bars. No more delayed texts and very few dropped calls. I have no clue why ATT no longer sells this are part of their product line. It works great! The wifi calling and text is not that great. Great buy in my opinion.

Although this micro cell tower works well with our phones, it does not work for our iPads. When I try to link them I get a pop up window, saying the micro cell is still registered to the original user. The original user needs to make sure to delete and unregister the device from their system. I'll be happy to update this review when that's done.

I have AT&T for my mobile phone. Where I live I have a spotty connection when I am in my house. This has been very frustrating for me and my husband for a long time. I discovered this signal booster online when looking for a way to solve my problem. I love it!!!! It was super easy to install and I now have full bars on my smart phone and my husband has full bars on his flip phone. So glad I found this.
