Hi, yes, it can be used on baby's face. Our Baby Shampoo & Wash was formulated specifically for baby’s hair in mind, but the product is still great to use as an all over body wash!

Q: Fragrance free? The fragrance free is being shipped instead of rose and geranium. Don’t trust the scents. Pipette said not their products buy at site.

I have boughttwo from Amazon. Both are the same as the ones at target. The scents are mikd. I got the fragrance free now but i have bought the rosey one and the smell for me was too strong.
