Love them! Hair looks cute, can put head back against headrest in car or chair, and they hold hair secure. Much better on my hair than putting up in a bun all the time.

My hair is relatively thin, but long. I keep it pulled up when working, cooking, and sometimes even when sleeping, and have used several different types of clips over the years. They're often slippery or poke-y or pinch-y or pull-y. Or they break when I lean back against them. Put this new one in before dawn yesterday morning. Didn't pay a bit of attention to it all day long, though running round, doing laundry, making the bed, kicking back in the recliner, and so on. When I went to bed last night, I didn't really want my hair down, so I left it up; let me clarify: I hadn't had to redo it all day, and I went to bed with it STILL where I'd put it probably 18 hours before! So, I sleep kinda rough, tossing and turning all night. At one point in the wee hours, I rolled over and felt a pull in my hair. Didn't open my eyes or sit up; just reached up, opened the clip, repositioned it WHILE LYING IN BED, and went back to sleep. It's now 5 pm and I just realized it's still holding up my hair! That is insane! Yeah, I'm a mess. Hair sticking out every which direction... after all, I slept in this thing and moved it in the middle of the night. But by golly, it's still holding the majority of my hair UP. :OThese hair clips work much better than anything I've used before. It's the lowest profile of any clip other than those long metal barrettes I used as a teenager in the '70s. It hasn't pinched or pulled EXCEPT when I was moving my head across a pillow and must have loosened it during the night (after 20+ hours). Cannot feel the clip at all: NO teeth poking my head, even leaning back in a chair. Some reviews complain about having to buy 6 of them, but I'm going to love having several pretty, translucent color options. This is my favorite clip EVER, and finding it before summer was excellent timing.

I feel like this may be better for people with thick hair, I have thin hair and it was heavy and pulled my hair down , didn't stay well

They are sturdy, well made and nicely packaged. The clips are strong enough to hold my thick, heavy hair in a bun or updo. They are casual but don’t look cheap. Highly recommended.

Great for long, thick hair. I have been using a Ficcare clip for the longest time, and I find this clip holds just as well, if not better. The bottom "comb" helps secure heavy hair. I would definitely buy again, and will check out the other hair accessories from this seller.Update June 28 2023: I can't believe how much the price of this clip has increased since my initial review a year and 4 months ago. I was going to buy a few more 'just in case' backup clips, but not at nearly $70! I don't remember how much I paid, but it was around the $10 mark. I shouldn't have left a positive review! 🤣

Holds hair way better than expected. I ordered large and have thick hair that is mid-back length. I have even fallen asleep with these in and it's perfectly comfortable to do so!
