How much do you use each time to rinse? Capful, teaspoon, etc?

I use 1/2 a tsp. of mouthwash and 1/2 tsp. filtered water. Works great. Not too strong. Seems like it'll last a long time, at this rate.

for those who have Receding Gums which is the best product do you recommend?
