Great quality tea and there is alot. You donโt need much to make 3 cups throughout the day. The flavour has a good body and kick to it. I would recommend you transfer the tea to a vaccine sealed container for longevity. It will last a while. The flavour is refreshing and you donโt need to add anything to it.

we love this tea. Its much better in tea bags; but loose tea is also a good alternate.
